도 2는 본 발명에 따른 클러치의 터치포인트 탐색 방법의 실시예를 도시한 순서도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 클러치의 터치포인트 탐색 방법을 설명한 그래프이다.
S20; 기준측정단계
S30; 클러치작동단계
S40; 대상측정단계
S50; 학습단계
Claims (5)
- 비구동축의 기어를 체결했다가 해제하면서 해당 입력축의 각가속도를 측정하는 기준측정단계(S20)와;
상기 기준측정단계(S20)에서 체결했던 기어를 다시 체결하고 해당 입력축의 클러치를 현재 기억되어 있는 터치포인트로 작동시키는 클러치작동단계(S30)와;
상기 클러치작동단계(S30)에서 작동시킨 클러치를 유지한 상태에서 상기 체결했던 기어를 다시 해제하면서 해당 입력축의 각가속도를 측정하는 대상측정단계(S40)와;
상기 대상측정단계(S40)에서 측정된 입력축의 각가속도를 상기 기준측정단계(S20)에서 측정된 각가속도와 비교하여 터치포인트를 학습하는 학습단계(S50);
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치의 터치포인트 탐색 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기준측정단계(S20) 이전에는 차량이 변속중인지를 판단하여, 변속중이 아닌 경우에만 상기 기준측정단계(S20)를 수행하도록 하는 변속판단단계(S10);
를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치의 터치포인트 탐색 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 학습단계(S50)에서는 상기 대상측정단계(S40)에 측정된 상기 입력축의 각가속도가 상기 기준측정단계(S20)에서 측정된 각가속도보다 작아서 상기 입력축의 회전속도가 상대적으로 더 완만히 떨어지면, 해당 클러치의 터치포인트가 클러치를 체결하는 쪽으로 편중되게 설정되어 있는 것으로 판단하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 클러치의 터치포인트 탐색 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 학습단계(S50)에서는 상기 대상측정단계(S40)에서 측정된 상기 입력축의 각가속도가 상기 기준측정단계(S20)에서 측정된 각가속도와 같은 경우에는, 해당 클러치의 터치포인트가 클러치를 해제하는 쪽으로 편중되게 설정된 것으로 판단하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 클러치의 터치포인트 탐색 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 학습단계(S50)에서는 상기 대상측정단계(S40)에서 측정된 상기 입력축의 각가속도가 상기 기준측정단계(S20)에서 측정된 각가속도보다 작아서 상기 입력축의 회전속도가 상대적으로 더 완만히 떨어지면, 해당 클러치의 터치포인트가 클러치를 체결하는 쪽으로 편중되게 설정되어 있는 것으로 판단하고, 상기 각가속도의 차이에 따라 터치포인트를 클러치를 해제하는 방향으로 이동하여 설정하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 클러치의 터치포인트 탐색 방법.
