Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 생분해성 수지를 사용하여 시트를 제작하고 발포시키는 공정 없이, 적용하고자 하는 기재 시트상에 직접 생분해성 수지층을 코팅한 다음 인쇄층을 형성하면서 발포시키고, 나아가 상기 생분해성 수지와 더불어 사용되는 화학 발포제, 친환경 가소제의 종류를 특정함에 따라 발포가 되면서 유연성을 확보하여 친환경 발포 시트를 생산성 높게 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (15)
- 수지, 화학 발포제 및 친환경 가소제를 포함하는 생분해성 수지 조성물을 사용하여 기재 시트 상에 친환경 발포 시트를 제작하되,
상기 기재 시트 상에 직접 생분해성 수지 조성물을 T 다이 압출 코팅하여 수지층을 형성하고, 그 위에 인쇄층을 형성한 다음 발포시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수지층은 두께가 0.01 내지 50 mm를 만족하도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기재 시트는 평량이 80 내지 200 g/m2이고 두께가 0.1 내지 0.5 mm인 모조지 또는 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 수지는 폴리락트산, 생분해성의 중축합형 지방족 폴리에스테르, 생분해성의 중축합형 공중합 방향족 폴리에스테르, 락톤 수지, 생분해성 셀룰로오스에스테르, 폴리펩티드, 폴리비닐알코올, 전분, 셀룰로오스, 키틴· 키토산질 및 천연 직쇄상 폴리에스테르계 수지로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 수지는 제1수지로서 폴리락트산; 및 제2수지로서 폴리(부틸렌 숙시네이트), 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트/아디페이트 공중합체, 폴리부틸렌 아디페이트/테레프탈레이트 공중합체 및 에틸비닐아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 수지를 포함하는 복합수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 복합수지는 제1수지 100 중량부에 대하여 120 내지 500 중량부의 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트, 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트/아디페이트 공중합체, 폴리부틸렌 아디페이트/테레프탈레이트 공중합체 및 에틸비닐아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 제2수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 수지를 포함한 생분해성 성분이 생분해성 수지 조성물의 전체 중량 대비 70% 이상을 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 화학 발포제는 생분해성 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 아조디카르복실아미드, 벤젠술포닐히드라지드, 디니트로소펜타메틸렌테트라민, 톨루엔술포닐히드라지드, 아조비스이소부티로니트릴, 아조디카르복실산 바륨, 중탄산나트륨으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 1 내지 10 중량부로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 친환경 가소제는 생분해성 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 시트레이트계 혹은 당알코올계를 10 내지 80 중량부로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 발포는 화학적 발포 방식으로 120 내지 250 ℃ 온도 범위에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄층 상에 엠보 무늬층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄층은 생분해성 수지를 사용하여 그라비어 인쇄, 전사 인쇄, 디지털 인쇄 또는 로터리 인쇄로 제작되어 발포 시트 내 수지층의 요철 형상에 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트. - 수지, 화학 발포제 및 친환경 가소제를 포함하는 생분해성 수지 조성물을 사용하여 기재 시트 상에 친환경 발포 시트를 제작하되,
상기 기재 시트 상에 직접 생분해성 수지 조성물을 T 다이 압출 코팅하여 수지층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 수지층 상에 인쇄층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 인쇄층 형성 후 발포하는 단계;를 포함하는 친환경 발포 시트의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 수지층은 두께가 0.01 내지 50 mm를 만족하도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 발포 단계 후, 엠보싱을 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 발포 시트의 제조방법.
