Description
Claims (3)
- 전극조립체와 전해질을 파우치에 수용한 후 밀봉하여 전극탭이 돌출되게 형성된 베어셀; 및보호회로와 전기소자가 실장되어 형성된 보호회로 기판, 상기 베어셀과 보호회로 기판을 전기적으로 접속시키는 제 1 전극리드, 상기 보호회로 기판과 전기적으로 연결된 PTC소자, 상기 베어셀과 PTC소자를 전기적으로 접속시키는 제 2 전극리드, 상기 제 1 전극리드 및 제 2 전극리드와 상기 보호회로 기판 사이를 절연하는 절연체 및 상기 PTC소자와 보호회로 기판 사이를 접착시키는 접착 부재를 구비하는 보호회로기판 조립체를 포함하고, 상기 제1전극리드와 상기 제2전극리드의 절곡된 부분이 위치하도록 상기 절연체에 홈이 형성되며, 상기 제1전극리드와 상기 제2전극리드가 절곡될 수 있도록, 상기 제1전극리드와 상기 제2전극리드의 둘레면에 홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접착 부재는 양면 테이프로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접착 부재는 접착제로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
