Claims (13)
- 흙탕물이 밀봉형 구름 베어링에 비산되는 환경에서 사용되도록 구성되어 있는 밀봉형 구름 베어링에 있어서,베어링 공간을 사이에 형성하고 있는 내측 링과 외측 링, 상기 베어링 공간 내에 배치된 구름 요소, 상기 내측 링과 외측 링 사이에서 상기 베어링 공간의 한 쪽의 축방향 측부에 각각 배치된 제 1 접촉 시일 및 제 3 접촉 시일, 그리고 상기 내측 링과 외측 링 사이에서 상기 베어링 공간의 다른 한 쪽의 축방향 측부에 각각 배치된 제 2 접촉 시일 및 제 4 접촉 시일을 포함하고 있고,상기 제 3 접촉 시일 및 제 4 접촉 시일은 상기 제 1 접촉 시일 및 제 2 접촉 시일의 축방향의 안쪽에 각각 설치되어 있고, 상기 제 1 접촉 시일 내지 제 4 접촉 시일의 각각은 상기 내측 링과 외측 링 중의 하나에 장착되어 있고 탄성 물질로 된 립을 포함하고 있으며 또한 상기 내측 링과 외측 링 중의 다른 하나에 형성된 미끄럼 접촉면과 미끄럼 접촉상태를 유지하고 있고,상기 제 1 접촉 시일 및 제 2 접촉 시일 각각은 미끄럼 접촉면과 면접촉상태를 유지하고 있는 측면을 가지는 축방향의 외측 립과, 미끄럼 접촉면과 선접촉상태를 유지하고 있는 에지를 가지는 축방향의 내측 립을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 구름 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 접촉 시일과 제 4 접촉 시일의 상기 립은 각각의 미끄럼 접촉면과 선접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 구름 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 접촉 시일과 제 2 접촉 시일 각각은 상기 내측 링과 외측 링 중의 상기 하나에 끼워맞춤되어서 상기 제 1 접촉 시일과 제 2 접촉 시일을 상기 내측 링과 외측 링 중의 상기 하나에 고정하는 금속 코어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 구름 베어링.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 접촉 시일과 제 2 접촉 시일 각각은 상기 내측 링과 외측 링 중의 상기 하나에 끼워맞춤되어 있는 상기 금속 코어의 끼워맞춤부의 축방향 바깥쪽에 배치되어 있고, 상기 내측 링과 외측 링 중의 상기 하나와 접촉하여, 상기 금속 코어의 상기 끼워맞춤부를 밀봉하는 부가적인 립을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 구름 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 그리스가 상기 제 1 접촉 시일 및 제 3 접촉 시일과 상기 내측 링 및 외측 링에 의해서 형성된 공간과, 상기 제 2 접촉 시일 및 제 4 접촉 시일과 상기 내측 링 및 외측 링에 의해서 형성된 공간 내에 봉입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 구름 베어링.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 접촉 시일과 제 2 접촉 시일 각각의 상기 립과 미끄럼 접촉하는 미끄럼 접촉면이 상기 외측 링에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 구름 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구름 요소를 유지하는 리테이너를 더 포함하고 있고, 상기 구름 요소는 상기 내측 링과 외측 링에 각각 형성된 레이스웨이 사이에 배치되어 있고, 상기 레이스웨이는 베어링의 축방향 중심으로부터 베어링의 축방향의 한 쪽 단부쪽으로 축방향으로 오프셋된 축방향 중심을 가지고 있고, 상기 리테이너는 베어링의 상기 축방향의 한 쪽 단부로부터 이격된 상기 구름 요소의 한 쪽의 축방향 측부에 배치된 환형부를 포함하고 있고, 또한 상기 구름 요소의 다른 쪽의 축방향 측부에 비환형부를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 구름 베어링.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 리테이너는 상기 환형부로부터 베어링의 상기 축방향의 한 쪽 단부쪽으로 축방향으로 뻗어 있으며, 서로 원주방향으로 이격되어 있는 필러를 더 포함하여 상기 리테이너가 왕관 형상을 하고, 상기 구름 요소는 원주방향으로 인접한 한 쌍의 상기 필러 사이에 각각 유지되어 있는 볼인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉형 구름 베어링.
