Abstract
본 발명은 타이어 제조시 압출기에서 압출된 스트립 압출물을 성형드럼에 부착하기 위한 성형드럼용 스트립 와인딩 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 성형드럼의 와인딩간 간섭을 피하면서 스트립 형상을 유지 및 변경하여 성형드럼에 부착할 수 있는 컨베이어 벨트를 이용한 성형드럼용 스트립 와인딩 장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은 압출기(1)를 통해 압출된 스트립(2)이 롤러다이(3)를 거쳐 어플리케이터(6)로 공급되고, 이 어플리케이터(6)의 압착롤러(4)에 의하여 성형드럼(5)에 스트립(2)을 부착하는 스트립 와인딩 장치에 있어서, 상기 어플리케이터(6)에는 구동모터 2에 의해 동력을 전달받은 구동롤(7)과 이 구동롤(7)에 이격된 피동롤(8) 사이에 장착된 무한궤도 방식으로 회전하는 컨베이어 벨트(9)가 설치되고, 이 컨베이어 벨트(9)가 롤러다이(3)를 거친 스트립(2)을 운반하며, 운반된 스트립(2)은 압착롤러(4)에 의해 성형드럼(5)에 와인딩 부착되는 구조로 되어 있다.The present invention relates to a strip winding device for forming drums for attaching the strip extrudate extruded from the extruder to the forming drum in the manufacture of tires, and more particularly, to maintain and change the strip shape while avoiding the interference between windings of the forming drum.
