Claims (10)
- 서브 픽셀들 내에 시야각을 제한하기 위한 격벽들이 형성된 상판;상기 상판과 대향하는 하판; 및상기 상판과 상기 하판 사이에 형성되는 액정층을 구비하고,상기 상판은,상부 기판 상에 형성되고 상기 격벽들이 매립되는 유기 절연막; 및상기 유기 절연막 상에 형성되는 컬러필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 절연막 상에 형성된 공통전극; 및상기 공통전극 상에 형성된 스페이서를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 상판은,상기 상부 기판 상에서 상기 격벽들과 동일한 재료로 상기 격벽들과 동일 층에 형성되는 블랙 매트릭스를 더 구비하고,상기 격벽의 폭은 상기 블랙 매트릭스의 패턴 폭보다 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 서브 픽셀들 내에 시야각을 제한하기 위한 격벽들이 형성된 상판;상기 상판과 대향하는 하판; 및상기 상판과 상기 하판 사이에 형성되는 액정층을 구비하고,상기 상판은 상부 기판 상에 형성되고 상기 격벽들이 매립되는 유기 절연막을 포함하고,상기 하판은 컬러필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 서브 픽셀들 내에 배치되도록 시야각을 제한하기 위한 격벽들을 상부 기판 상에 형성하는 단계;상기 격벽들이 매립되는 유기 절연막을 상기 상부 기판에 형성하는 단계;상기 유기 절연막 상에 컬러 필터를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 상부 기판과 하부 기판 사이에 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 유기 절연막 상에 공통전극을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 공통전극 상에 스페이서를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 격벽들과 동일한 재료로 상기 격벽들과 동일 층에 블랙 매트릭스를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 격벽의 폭은 상기 블랙 매트릭스의 패턴 폭보다 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 서브 픽셀들 내에 배치되도록 시야각을 제한하기 위한 격벽들을 상부 기판 상에 형성하는 단계;상기 격벽들이 매립되는 유기 절연막을 상기 상부 기판에 형성하는 단계;하부 기판 상에 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 상부 기판과 상기 하부 기판 사이에 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
