Claims (19)
- 편광자 및 상기 편광자의 적어도 한 면에 구비되는 편광자 보호 필름을 포함하는 편광판으로서,
상기 편광자 보호 필름은 히드록시기 함유부를 갖는 쇄 및 방향족부를 갖는 방향족계 유닛; 및 1종 이상의 스티렌계 유도체를 포함하는 스티렌계 유닛을 포함하고, 연신 유무와 관계없이 하기 수학식 1로 표시되는 면 내 위상차(Rin) 및 하기 수학식 2로 표시되는 두께 방향 위상차(Rth)의 절대값이 10nm 이하이며,
상기 편광자와 편광자 보호 필름 사이에는 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머, 라디칼 중합성 화합물 및 광중합 개시제를 포함하는 UV 경화형 접착제를 포함하는 접착층이 구비되고,
상기 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머는 적어도 하나 이상의 에폭시 화합물, 적어도 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴산 화합물 및 폴리산을 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트의 공중합물인 에폭시 (메트)아크릴레이트 프리폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.

상기 수학식 1 및 수학식 2에서, nx는 필름 면 방향 굴절율 중 가장 큰 굴절율이고,
ny는 필름 면 방향 굴절율 중 nx와 수직인 방향의 굴절율이며,
nz는 필름 두께 방향의 굴절율이고,
d는 필름의 두께이다. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 (메트)아크릴레이트 프리폴리머는 중량 평균 분자량이 3,000 ~ 20,000 이고, 분자당 평균 에폭시 결합이 8 내지 20개 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 (메트)아크릴레이트 프리폴리머 내의 상기 폴리산은 중량 평균 분자량이 100 내지 3,000인 폴리에테르 폴리산, 폴리에스테르 폴리산 및 폴리포화 지방산 중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머의 함량은 UV 경화형 접착제 총 중량을 기준으로 20 내지 60 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 라디칼 중합성 화합물은 친수성 모노머 및 소수성 모노머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 친수성 모노머는 히드록시 에틸 아크릴레이트(hydroxyl ethyl acrylate, HEA), 히드록시 에틸 메타크릴레이트(hydroxyl ethyl methacrylate, HEMA), 히드록시 프로필 아크릴레이트(hydroxyl propyl acrylate, HPA), 히드록시 프로필 메타크릴레이트(hydroxyl propyl methacrylate, HPMA), 히드록시 부틸 아크릴레이트(hydroxyl butyl acrylate, HBA), 아크릴산(acrylic acid, AA), N-비닐 피롤리돈(N-vinyl pyrrolidone), 디아세톤 (메트)아크릴아미드, 이소부톡시 메틸 (메트)아크릴아미드, N,N-디메틸 (메타)아크릴아미드, 옥틸 (메트)아크릴아미드, N,N-디에틸 (메트)아크릴아미드, 히드록시 부틸 비닐 에테르 및 N-비닐 카프로락탐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 소수성 모노머는 1,6-헥산디올 디아크릴레이트(1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, HDDA), 이소보닐 아크릴레이트(isobornyl acrylate, IBOA), 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(trimethylolpropane triacrylate, TMPTA), 디프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트(dipropylene glycol diacrylate, DPGDA), 벤질 (메트)아크릴레이트, 페녹시에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 친수성 모노머의 함량은 UV 경화형 접착제 총 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 70 중량%이고, 상기 소수성 모노머의 함량은 UV 경화형 접착제 총 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 30 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 UV 경화형 접착제의 점도는 5 내지 100cP인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 접착층의 두께는 1㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 편광자 보호 필름의 광탄성 계수의 절대값은 3×10-12 m2/N 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 편광자 보호 필름은 1종 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트계 유도체를 포함하는 (메트)아크릴레이트계 유닛을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 편광자 보호 필름은 고리계 유닛을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 편광자 보호 필름의 방향족계 유닛은 페녹시계 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 편광자 보호 필름의 두께는 5 ~ 500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 청구항 1 및 청구항 3 내지 청구항 18 중 어느 한 항의 편광판을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
