Claims (21)
- 평면 상의 제 1 연신 방향을 따라 제 1 굴절률을 가지고 제 2 연신 방향을 따라 제 2 굴절률을 가지는 폴리에스터 계열의 중합체층과, 상기 중합체층 상에 형성되며 상기 제 1 연신 방향과 상기 제 2 연신 방향으로 제 3 굴절률을 가지는 폴리에스터 계열의 공중합체층을 포함하며, ;상기 제 1 굴절률은 상기 제 2 굴절률보다 크고 상기 제 2 굴절률은 상기 제 3 굴절률과 같으며 제 1 굴절률과 제 3 굴절률의 차이는 0.01 ~ 0.5인 다층시트;상기 다층 시트의 적어도 일면에 형성되며, 상기 폴리에스터 계열의 공중합체 또는 상기 폴리에스터 계열의 중합체층으로 이루어진 보호 시트; 및상기 다층 시트와 상기 보호 시트 사이에 개재되며 굴절률이 상기 보호 시트의 굴절률과 실질적으로 동일하거나 작은 접착 부재;를 포함하는.것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스터 계열의 물질은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리트리플렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 공중합체, 폴리트리플렌 테레프탈레이트 공중합체 및 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 공중합체로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보호 시트는 무기 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 무기입자는 실리카, TiO2 및 CaCO3 로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다층 시트는 상기 제 2 연신 방향으로 연신률이 m(m>0)이고, 상기 제 1 연신 방향으로 연신률이 n(n>m)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.

- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 다층 시트의 적어도 일면에 접착 부재를 매개로 보호 시트를 부착하는 단계에 있어서,상기 다층 시트의 적어도 일면에 접착 부재를 형성하는 단계;상기 접착 부재가 형성된 상기 다층 시트에 보호 시트를 부착하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 다층 시트의 적어도 일면에 접착 부재를 매개로 보호 시트를 부착하는 단계에 있어서,상기 보호 시트의 적어도 일면에 접착 부재를 형성하는 단계;상기 접착 부재가 형성된 보호 시트를 상기 다층 시트에 부착하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 보호 시트는 무기입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 제 1 연신 방향과 상기 제 2 연신 방향은 서로 직교하는 방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 다층 시트를 평면의 제 1 연신 방향으로 연신하는 단계에서,상기 다층 시트는 3 내지 8배로 연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 다층 시트를 평면의 제 2 연신 방향으로 연신하는 단계에서,상기 다층 시트는 0.1배 내지 1.5 배로 연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름의 제조 방법.
- 화면을 표시하는 액정표시패널;상기 액정표시패널에 광을 공급하는 광원;상기 광원과 액정표시패널 사이에 배치되며 상기 광을 선택적으로 투과 또는 반사시키는 광학 필름;을 포함하며,상기 광학 필름은 평면 상의 제 1 연신 방향을 따라 제 1 굴절률을 가지고 제 2 연신 방향을 따라 제 2 굴절률을 가지는 폴리에스터 계열의 중합체층과, 상기 중합체층 상에 형성되며 상기 제 1 연신 방향과 상기 제 2 연신 방향으로 제 3 굴절률을 가지는 폴리에스터 계열의 공중합체층을 포함하며, 상기 제 1 굴절률은 상기 제 2 굴절률보다 크고 상기 제 2 굴절률은 상기 제 3 굴절률과 같으며 제 1 굴절률과 제 3 굴절률의 차이는 0.01 ~ 0.5인 다층시트; 상기 다층 시트의 적어도 일면에 형성되며 상기 폴리에스터 계열의 중합체층 또는 상기 폴리에스터 계열의 공중합체층으로 이루어진 보호 시트 및 상기 다층 시트와 상기 보호 시트 사이에 개재되며 굴절률이 상기 보호 시트의 굴절률과 실질적으로 동일하거나 작은 접착 부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 광원에서 조사되어 상기 광학 필름을 투과한 광은 상기 제 2 연신 방향과 동일한 방향으로 진동하는 광 성분이 상기 제 1 연신 방향과 동일한 방향으로 진동하는 광 성분보다 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 보호 시트는 무기입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
