Claims (10)
- 양극 및 음극 사이에 분리막이 개재되어 있는 전극조립체가 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스에 장착되어 있는 이차전지로서, 전극조립체 중 최외각 전극의 외면은 음극 활물질층으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 음극 활물질층에서 양극 탭들에 인접한 부위에 절연성의 고분자 필름이 부착되어 있고, 상기 고분자 필름은 양극 활물질층의 집전체로부터 돌출된 양극 탭의 폭에 대해 100% 초과 크기의 폭과 100% 초과 내지 500% 미만 크기의 길이를 가지며, 상기 고분자 필름은 양극 탭들이 하향 절곡된 상태를 가정할 때, 적어도 상기 양극 탭들과 접하게 되는 음극 활물질층의 부위를 감싸는 위치에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트 시트는 금속층과 수지층을 포함하는 파우치형 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트 시트는 내후성을 가진 고분자 수지로 이루어진 외층, 기체와 액체에 대해 차단성을 가진 금속층, 및 열융착성을 가진 고분자 수지로 이루어진 내층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 필름은 100 내지 500℃에서 열변형이 없는 소재인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 필름은 폴리이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 중대형 디바이스의 전원으로 사용되는 전지모듈의 단위전지로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 중대형 디바이스는 전기자동차, 하이브리드 전기자동차, 또는 플러그-인 하이브리드 전기자동차인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
