Claims (14)
- 하기를 포함하는 유기 안료 입자 분산액의 제조 방법:양용매에 유기 안료를 용해시켜 안료 용액을 형성하고,상기 안료 용액을, 상기 양용매와 상용하는 상기 유기 안료의 빈용매와 혼합하여, 혼합에 의해 생성되는 유기 안료의 입자를 포함하는 분산액을 형성하는데, 상기 유기 입자는 1㎛ 이하의 수평균 입경을 갖고, 그 다음상기 분산액을 농축시켜 농축액을 형성하고,중량 평균 분자량이 1000 이상이고 산성기를 갖는 중합체 분산제를 상기 농축액 중에 첨가하고,유기 안료 입자를 포함하는 재분산된 분산액을 형성하도록, 상기 농축액에 재분산 용매를 첨가함.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 재분산 용매가 유기 용매인, 유기 안료 입자 분산액의 제조 방법.

- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 카르복실기를 갖는 중합체 분산제가, (A) 카르복실기를 갖는 화합물로부터 유도된 반복 단위 하나 이상 및 (B) 카르복실레이트기를 갖는 화합물로부터 유도된 반복 단위 하나 이상을 함유하는 공중합체인, 유기 안료 입자 분산액의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 (A) 카르복실기를 갖는 화합물로부터 유도된 반복 단위가 하기 일반식 (1) 로 표시되는 반복 단위이고, 상기 (B) 카르복실레이트기를 갖는 화합물로부터 유도된 반복 단위가 하기 일반식 (2) 로 표시되는 반복 단위인, 유기 안료 입자 분산액의 제조 방법:[화학식 1](R1 은 수소 원자 또는 탄소 원자수 1∼5 의 알킬기를 나타낸다);[화학식 2](R2 는 수소 원자 또는 탄소 원자수 1∼5 의 알킬기를 나타내고, R3 은 하기 일반식 (3) 으로 표시되는 기를 나타낸다);[화학식 3](R4 는 수소 원자, 탄소 원자수 1∼5 의 알킬기, 히드록시기, 탄소 원자수 1∼5 의 히드록시알킬기, 또는 탄소 원자수 6∼20 의 아릴기를 나타내고, R5 및 R6 각각은 수소 원자 또는 탄소 원자수 1∼5 의 알킬기를 나타내며, X 는 1∼5 의 정수를 나타낸다).
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 (A) 카르복실기를 갖는 화합물로부터 유도된 반복 단위가 상기 일반식 (1) 로 표시되는 반복 단위이고, 상기 (B) 카르복실레이트기를 갖는 화합물로부터 유도된 반복 단위가 하기 일반식 (4) 로 표시되는 반복 단위인, 유기 안료 입자 분산액의 제조 방법:[화학식 4](R7 은 수소 원자 또는 탄소 원자수 1∼5 의 알킬기를 나타내고, R8 은 하기 일반식 (5) 로 표시되는 기를 나타낸다);[화학식 5](R9 는 탄소 원자수 2∼5 의 알킬기 또는 탄소 원자수 6∼20 의 아릴기를 나타내고, R10 및 R11 각각은 수소 원자 또는 탄소 원자수 1∼5 의 알킬기를 나타내고, Y 는 1∼5 의 정수를 나타낸다).
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 (A) 카르복실기를 갖는 화합물로부터 유도된 반복 단위가 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산으로부터 유도된 반복 단위이고, 상기 (B) 카르복실레이트기를 갖는 화합물로부터 유도된 반복 단위가 벤질 아크릴레이트, 벤질 메타크릴레이트, 페네틸 아크릴레이트, 페네틸 메타크릴레이트, 3-페닐프로필 아크릴레이트 및 3-페닐프로필 메타크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 화합물로부터 유도된 반복 단위인, 유기 안료 입자 분산액의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유기 안료의 빈용매가, 수성 용매, 알코올 화합물 용매, 케톤 화합물 용매, 에테르 화합물 용매, 에스테르 화합물 용매 및 이들 용매의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 용매인, 유기 안료 입자 분산액의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유기 안료의 양용매가 수성 용매, 알코올 화합물 용매, 케톤 화합물 용매, 에테르 화합물 용매, 술폭시드 화합물 용매, 에스테르 화합물 용매, 아미드 화합물 용매 및 이들 용매의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 용매인, 유기 안료 입자 분산액의 제조 방법.
