Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 초전도 회전기기에서 냉각 유닛 측의 고정단과 회전자 유닛 측의 회전단의 연결 구조를 도시한 개요도이다.
도 3 및 도 4는 고체냉각매체(110, 210)에 형성된 원형 멤브레인 구조를 각각 도시한 개요도이다.
Claims (7)
- 초전도선으로 형성된 고정자 코일 및 회전자 코일을 포함하는 회전기기 본체 및 상기 회전기기 본체에서 발생하는 열을 냉각시키기 위한 냉각 유닛을 포함하는 초전도 회전기기에 있어서,
상기 냉각 유닛에 연결된 고정단 하우징;
상기 고정단 하우징 내부에 내삽되고 상기 냉각 유닛에서 제공하는 냉매와 접촉된 고정단용 고체냉각매체;
상기 회전기기 본체에 연결된 회전단 하우징;
상기 회전단 하우징 내부에 내삽되고 상기 회전기기 본체의 회전축의 회전에 따라 회전되는 회전단용 고체냉각매체; 및
상기 고정단 하우징 및 상기 회전단 하우징을 밀봉하는 실링부재;를 포함하는 초전도 회전기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정단용 고체냉각매체 및 상기 회전단용 고체냉각매체 각각의 일단에는 서로 끼워맞춤되는 원형 멤브레인이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 회전기기.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고정단용 고체냉각매체의 일단에 형성된 제1 원형 멤브레인과 상기 회전단용 고체냉각매체의 일단에 형성된 제2 원형 멤브레인은 상호 이격되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 회전기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정단용 고체냉각매체 및 상기 회전단용 고체냉각매체는 소정의 간격으로 상호 이격되어 배치되며, 그 이격된 공간에 냉매가 충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 회전기기.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 냉매는 헬륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 회전기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정단용 고체냉각매체 및 상기 회전단용 고체냉각매체는 무산소동으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 회전기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정단 하우징 및 상기 회전단 하우징은 스테인레스 스틸로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 회전기기.
