Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 박막 디스플레이 장치의 반사방지목적을 위해 액상을 전면 도포하는 제품의 점착제가 넘치는 부위를 실시간으로 가경화하여 액상점착제의 오버플로(over flow)로 인한 디스플레이 장치의 오염 또는 기능불량을 일소할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 3은 본 발명에 따른 액상넘침방지장치의 구성을 도시한 구성블럭도이다.
도 4a 내지 도 4e는 본 발명에 따른 액상넘침방지장치의 구성개념도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 작동 원리를 설명하기 위한 개념도이다.

Claims (5)
- 베이스 플레이트 상에 디스플레이 모듈을 안착하는 안착부를 포함하는 고정모듈;
상기 베이스 플레이트 하면에 배치되어 상기 베이스 플레이트로 UV를 조사하는 경화모듈; 을 포함하되,
상기 베이스 플레이트에 형성되어 상기 경화모듈의 UV를 통과시키는 적어도 1 이상의 경화홈;
을 포함하여 구성되는 액상넘침방지장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경화홈은 상기 안착부의 외 측에 형성되며, 상기 안착부의 외주 면의 길이 방향을 따라 라인 형상의 홈으로 구현되는 액상넘침방지장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 경화모듈은 적어도 1 이상의 UV조사부를 구비하며,
상기 UV조사부와 상기 경화홈은 상호 대응되는 위치에 배치되는 액상넘침방지장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 UV조사부는 상기 안착부의 외주 면에 형성된 4개의 경화 홈에 대응되는 위치의 아래쪽에 배치되어,
상기 경화 홈에 동시에 균일한 자외선을 조사하는 4개의 UV 조사부를 구비하는 액상넘침방지장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 베이스 플레이트는,
상기 안착부가 형성되는 베이스 플레이트 면에 관통하는 구조로 구현되는 에어 주입구;
상기 베이스 플레이트 상면에서 서로 마주보는 방향으로 슬라이딩 이동하며, 디스플레이 모듈을 지지하는 다수개의 가압 플레이트; 및
상기 가압 플레이트 일측에 구비되어 가압 플레이트를 슬라이딩시키는 구동부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 액상넘침방지장치.
