Claims (4)
- 외부공기와의 열교환면적을 확대하기 위하여 열교환기의 내부 순환 유체의 유로를 형성하는 다수의 튜브(20)들 사이에 개재되되 박판으로 된 파형으로 되며 파형을 이루는 각 경사면(11)에 비늘 형상으로 된 복수개의 루버(12)가 일정각도 경사각을 이루는 열교환기용 루버 핀에 있어서,상기 루버(12)의 상단에는 외부공기와의 열교환시 발생되는 수분 배수를 위한 절개홈(13)이 구비되고,상기 루버(12)의 하단에는 상기 절개홈(13)과 상응하는 위치에 돌기(14)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 루버 핀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 루버(12)의 상기 절개홈(13)과 상기 돌기(14)가 좌우 양쪽에 각각 대칭되게 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 루버 핀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 핀(10)의 경사면(11)의 공기 흐름 하류 방향측 최외곽 중앙에는 상기 핀(10)의 경사면(11)을 따라 배수된 수분이 상기 핀(10)의 좌우로 배수되도록 하는 돌출부(15)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 루버 핀.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,루버(12)는 절개홈(13)으로부터 돌기(14)로 수분을 배수하는 수분 배수홈(16)이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 루버 핀.
