Claims (14)
- 시계 베젤(1)을 고정하는 방법으로서, 상기 시계는 케이스(3)와 크리스털(2)을 포함하고, 상기 방법은 상기 베젤(1)을 상기 크리스털(2)에 스냅 피트 장착하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 베젤(1)의 스냅 피트 수단(6)은 상기 스냅 피트 단계 동안 상기 케이스(3) 상에 배열된 가이드 수단(5)에 의해 안내되고, 가이드 수단(5)은 상기 크리스털(2)에 대해 상기 스냅 피트 수단(6)을 고정하기 위한 수단으로서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 크리스털(2)을 상기 케이스(3)에 고정하는 이전 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 베젤(1)에 대한 상기 크리스털(2)의 축방향 위치설정은 스냅 피트 단계 동안 베젤의 주변 변부의 상측면(213)과 베젤의 내측면(13)에 각각 배열된 축방향 위치설정 수단(213a, 13a)에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 스냅 피트 단계는 스냅 피트 수단(6)의 탄성 변형 시 상기 크리스털(2)의 주변 변부(21)에 위치된 크리스털의 스냅 피트 표면(211) 아래에 상기 스냅 피트 수단(6)의 스냅 피트 표면(611)을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 베젤(1)의 상기 스냅 피트 수단(6)은 스냅 피트 단계 동안 조립 방향(8)에 대해 경사진 상기 가이드 수단(5)의 제 1 표면(51)에 의해 상기 케이스(3)의 내측을 향하여 부분적으로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 베젤(1)은 스냅 피트 단계 이후 상기 케이스(3) 내에 매립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하는 방법.
- 시계 베젤(1)을 고정하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 시계는 케이스(3)와 크리스털(2)을 포함하고, 상기 베젤(1)은 스냅 피트 수단(6)을 포함하고, 상기 케이스(3)는 상기 스냅 피트 수단(6)을 위한 가이드 수단(5)을 포함하고, 상기 가이드 수단(5)은 상기 크리스털(2)에 대해 상기 스냅 피트 수단(6)을 고정하기 위한 수단으로서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 스냅 피트 수단(6)은 상기 베젤(1)의 주변 변부(15)에 위치되고, 가이드 수단(5)은 상기 케이스(3)의 주변부에서 리세스(4) 내에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 스냅 피트 수단(6)은 상기 베젤(1)과 함께 단일의 유닛을 형성하고, 하나 이상의 스냅 피트 표면(611)이 배열되는 돌출된 부분(61)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 수단(5)은 상기 케이스(3)와 함께 단일의 유닛을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 베젤(1)은 상기 크리스털(2)의 주변 변부(21)를 덮고, 상기 베젤(1)의 내측 횡방향 변부(14)는 상기 크리스털(2)의 외측 횡방향 변부와 접하며, 상기 크리스털(2)의 외측 상부 변부(24)는 상기 베젤(1)의 외측 상부 면(11)에 대해 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 베젤(1) 및/또는 크리스털(2) 및/또는 케이스(3)는 플라스틱 재료(3)로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 베젤(1)은 상기 베젤의 내측면(13)에 배열된 축방향 위치설정 수단(13a)을 포함하고, 상기 크리스털(2)은 베젤의 주변 변부의 상측 면(213)에 배열된 축방향 위치설정 수단(213a)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 수단(5)은 상기 스냅 피트 수단(6)과 상기 베젤(1)의 스냅 피트 표면(211, 611)에 대해 평행한 제 1 가이드 표면(51)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤(1)을 고정하기 위한 장치.
