Claims (12)
- 감광체와,상기 감광체와 일정 거리 이격 배치되는 자기롤러와,상기 감광체와 상기 자기롤러 사이에 배치되는 도너롤러를 포함하며,상기 도너롤러의 직경은 상기 감광체와 상기 자기롤러 사이의 간격보다 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화상형성장치는 상기 도너롤러와 상기 감광체 사이의 간격 또는 상기 도너롤러와 상기 자기롤러 사이의 간격을 설정된 간격으로 유지시키는 가압유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 도너롤러에는 상기 가압유닛에 의해 간격 유지 시 상기 자기롤러에 접촉되는 제1갭링과, 상기 감광체에 접촉되는 제2갭링이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 화상형성장치는 상기 감광체와 상기 자기롤러와 상기 도너롤러가 그 내 부에서 회전 가능하게 설치되는 현상유닛 몸체를 더 포함하며,상기 자기롤러와 상기 도너롤러에는 상기 현상유닛 몸체에서 회전 가능하게 설치되도록 회전축이 각각 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제1갭링과 상기 제2갭링은 상기 도너롤러의 회전축에 끼워진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제1갭링과 상기 제2갭링은 상기 도너롤러의 회전축에서 순차적으로 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 자기롤러의 회전축에는 제3갭링이 끼워지며,상기 제3갭링은 상기 가압유닛에 의해 상기 제1갭링에 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제1갭링과 상기 제3갭링은 상기 가압유닛에 의한 간격 유지 시 접촉되도록 평행하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 가압유닛은 상기 도너롤러를 홀딩하는 홀딩부재와, 상기 홀딩부재를 탄성 지지하여 상기 홀딩부재에 홀딩된 상기 도너롤러를 상기 감광체 및 상기 자기롤러 측으로 밀어 주는 탄성부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 홀딩부재에는 상기 도너롤러를 홀딩하도록 상기 도너롤러의 회전축이 관통되는 관통홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 홀딩부재에는 상기 탄성부재의 일단이 지지되는 지지돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 현상유닛의 몸체에는 결합리브가 형성되며,상기 홀딩부재에는 상기 홀딩부재가 상기 탄성부재에 의해 탄성 지지 시 상기 결합리브로부터 슬라이딩 가능하도록 결합홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
