Claims (9)
- 교차구조로 화소영역을 정의하는 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인과;상기 화소영역에 형성되고, 상기 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인의 교차부와 인접한 일측변이 경사지게 형성된 화소전극과;상기 게이트 라인과 동일한 층 상에 나란하게 형성되어 스토리지 전압을 공급하는 스토리지 라인; 및상기 동일한 층 상에서 상기 스토리지 라인으로부터 돌출되어 상기 데이터 라인과 인접한 상기 화소전극의 일측부와 중첩되게 형성된 스토리지 돌출부를 포함하며,상기 스토리지 돌출부의 일측변이 상기 화소전극의 경사진 일측변과 평행하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 돌출부와 다음단 스토리지 라인과 전기적으로 연결하는 브리지 전극을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 돌출부는 상기 게이트 라인과 동일한 금속으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소전극은 다수의 슬릿을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 교차구조로 화소영역을 정의하는 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인을 형성하는 단계와;상기 화소영역에 형성되고, 상기 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인의 교차부와 인접한 일측변이 경사지게 형성된 화소전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트 라인과 나란하게 형성되어 스토리지 전압을 공급하는 스토리지 라인을 형성하는 단계와;일측변이 상기 화소전극의 경사진 일측변과 평행하게 형성되며, 상기 스토리지 라인으로부터 돌출되어 상기 데이터 라인과 인접한 상기 화소전극의 일측부와 중첩되게 형성된 스토리지 돌출부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 게이트 라인, 상기 스토리지 라인, 및 상기 스토리지 돌출부는 동일한 층 상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 돌출부와 다음단 스토리지 라인을 접속하는 브리지 전극을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 라인, 상기 스토리지 라인, 및 상기 스토리지 돌출부는 동일한 금속으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 화소전극을 형성하는 단계는상기 화소전극에 다수의 슬릿을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 돌출부는,상기 데이터 라인과 인접한 상기 화소전극의 일측부와 중첩되게 형성된 막대부; 및상기 막대부에 연결되며, 상기 화소전극의 경사진 일측변과 평행하는 상기 스토리지 돌출부의 일측변을 구비한 삼각형부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
