Claims (12)
- 표면에 산화 피막을 가지는 밸브 금속 입자층을 공극율 20 ~ 60%, 비표면적 30×103 ~ 400×103 ㎠/㎤으로 하고, 상기 밸브 금속 입자가 그 입자 직경을 적어도 0.005 ~ 0.1 ㎛의 범위에서 소정의 분포를 가지면서 혼재하여 기재 표면에 형성된 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밸브 금속이 알루미늄이고, 표면에 산화 피막을 가지는 밸브 금속 입자층의 Al/O 조성비가 2.0 ~ 5.5인 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 표면에 산화 피막을 가지는 밸브 금속 입자층을 공극율 20 ~ 60%, 비표면적 20×103 ~ 70×103 ㎠/㎤으로 하고, 상기 밸브 금속 입자가 입자 직경 0.2 ㎛ 이상의 것을 포함하여, 기재 표면에 형성된 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 제 3항에 있어서,밸브 금속이 알루미늄이고, 표면에 산화 피막을 가지는 밸브 금속 입자층의 Al/O 조성비가 2.0 ~ 125인 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 표면에 산화 피막을 가지는 밸브 금속 입자층을 공극율 20 ~ 60%, 비표면적 30×103 ~ 400×103 ㎠/㎤으로 하고, 상기 밸브 금속 입자가 그 입자 직경을 적어도 0.005 ~ 0.1 ㎛의 범위에서 소정의 분포를 가지면서 혼재하며 두께가 50 ~ 200 ㎛인 기재 표면에 형성된 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 표면에 산화 피막을 가지는 밸브 금속 입자층을 공극율 20 ~ 60%, 비표면적 30×103 ~ 400×103 ㎠/㎤으로 하고, 상기 밸브 금속 입자가 그 입자 직경을 적어도 0.005 ~ 0.1 ㎛의 범위에서 소정의 분포를 가지면서 혼재하며 상기 밸브 금속과 다른 금속으로 구성되는 기재 표면에 형성된 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 밸브 금속과 다른 금속이 구리 또는 은인 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 표면에 산화 피막을 가지는 밸브 금속 입자층을 공극율 20 ~ 60%, 비표면적 20×103 ~ 70×103 ㎠/㎤으로 하고, 상기 밸브 금속 입자가 입자 직경 0.2 ㎛ 이상의 것을 포함하며 두께가 50 ~ 200 ㎛인 기재 표면에 형성된 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 표면에 산화 피막을 갖는 밸브 금속 입자층을 공극율 20 ~ 60%, 비표면적 20×103 ~ 70×103 ㎠/㎤으로 하고, 상기 밸브 금속 입자가 입자 직경 0.2 ㎛ 이상의 것을 포함하며 상기 밸브 금속과 다른 금속으로 구성된 기재 표면에 형성된 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 밸브 금속과 다른 금속이 구리 또는 은인 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 제 5항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,밸브 금속이 알루미늄이고, 표면에 산화 피막을 가지는 밸브 금속 입자층의 Al/O 조성비가 2.0 ~ 5.5인 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
- 제 8항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,밸브 금속이 알루미늄이고, 표면에 산화 피막을 가지는 밸브 금속 입자층의 Al/O 조성비가 2.0 ~ 125인 전해 콘덴서용 전극재.
