Claims (20)
- 복합 광학 필름으로서,확산 마이크로 구조체를 가지는 기판; 및상기 확산 마이크로 구조체 상의 구조화된 표면;을 포함하며,상기 확산 마이크로 구조체는 코팅층을 상기 기판 위에 도포하고 그 후 상기 코팅층을 조각(carving)함으로써 목적한 확산 마이크로 구조체를 형성하거나 비드(beads)를 포함하는 코팅을 상기 기판 위에 도포하여 비드를 포함하는 코팅층을 형성함으로써 형성되고,상기 복합 광학 필름은 JIS K7136 표준방법에 따라 측정된 경우 5% 내지 40%의 내부 확산 헤이즈를 가지는 복합 광학 필름.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비드가 1 ㎛ 내지 50 ㎛ 범위의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비드가 3 ㎛ 내지 10 ㎛ 범위의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비드가 유리비드, 금속 산화물 비드, 플라스틱 비드, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 비드가 아크릴레이트 수지, 스티렌 수지, 우레탄 수지, 실리콘 수지, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 플라스틱 비드인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비드가 1.3 내지 2.5의 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 비드가 1.4 내지 1.6의 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구조화된 표면이 하나 이상의 마이크로 구조체 층을 상기 기판의 한 면 위에 적층(laminating)함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구조화된 표면이 집광 효과를 가지는 복수의 마이크로 구조체를 포함하는 구조화된 표면을 형성하기 위해 상기 기판의 한 면 위에 수지 코팅을 도포함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 코팅이 UV 경화성(curable) 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 UV 경화성 수지가 (메트)아크릴레이트 수지, 우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지, 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 수지, 에폭시 아크릴레이트 수지, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구조화된 표면이 규칙적으로 또는 불규칙적으로 배열된 컬럼 구조체(columnar structures), 원뿔형 구조체(conical structures), 입체각 구조체(solid angle structures), 오렌지 세그먼트 유사 구조체(orange-segment like structures), 렌즈 유사 구조체, 및 캡슐 유사 구조체, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 마이크로 구조체를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 컬럼 구조체가 프리즘 컬럼 구조체, 아크 컬럼 구조체, 또는 이들의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 컬럼 구조체가 40° 내지 120° 의 첨두각(apex angle)을 가지는 프리즘 컬럼 구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내스크래치 층(scratch-resistant layer)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 내스크래치 층이 비드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 광학 필름.
