Claims (29)

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공성 담체는 미리 열적으로 활성화되고 마그네슘 화합물에 의해 처리되거나, 또는 상기 다공성 담체는 미리 열적으로 활성화되거나 미리 마그네슘 화합물에 의해 처리되며, 상기 마그네슘 화합물에 의한 상기 처리는:상기 마그네슘 화합물을 테트라하이드로퓨란 및 알코올로 이루어지는 혼합 용매에 용해시켜 마그네슘 화합물 용액을 수득하는 단계,선택적으로 미리 열적으로 활성화시킨, 상기 다공성 담체를 상기 마그네슘 화합물 용액과 혼합하여 슬러리를 수득하는 단계; 및상기 슬러리를 건조시키는 단계(이하 "슬러리-건조 공정"이라 함), 또는 상기 슬러리에 침전제를 첨가하여 상기 슬러리를 침전시켜(이하, "슬러리-침전 공정"이라 함), 상기 다공성 담체를 상기 마그네슘 화합물로 처리하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 처리 단계에 앞서, 상기 다공성 담체는 알루미녹산, 알킬알루미늄 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 보조 화학 처리제에 의해 예비처리됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공성 담체는 스티렌 중합체, 실리카, 알루미나, 마그네슘 옥사이드, 티타늄 다이옥사이드, 분자체 및 몬모릴로나이트로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 다공성 담체는 실리카로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 마그네슘 화합물은 마그네슘 할라이드, 알콕시 마그네슘 할라이드, 알콕시 마그네슘, 알킬 마그네슘, 알킬 마그네슘 할라이드 및 알킬 알콕시 마그네슘으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이고,상기 알코올은 지방족 알코올, 방향족 알코올 및 지환족 알코올로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이되, 상기 알코올은 알킬 그룹, 할로겐 원자 및 알콕시 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 치환기로 선택적으로 치환됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 마그네슘 화합물은 마그네슘 할라이드로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 알코올은 지방족 알코올로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 마그네슘 화합물에 의한 상기 처리 동안, 상기 마그네슘 화합물(Mg 기준):테트라하이드로퓨란의 몰비는 1:6-40이고, 상기 마그네슘 화합물(Mg 기준):상기 알코올의 몰비는 1:1-8이며, 상기 마그네슘 화합물:상기 다공성 담체의 질량비는 1:0.5-4임을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
