Claims (6)
- 하기 화학식의 이온성 액체의 제조 방법으로서, 화학식 RCN (이때 R은 염소, 브롬, 요오드 및 시아노로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨)의 시아노 화합물과 말로노니트릴을 염기의 존재 하에 혼합하는 것, 및 염 (Q+)nXn- (이때 n = 1 또는 2, Q+는 하기 정의한 바와 같고, Xn-는 할라이드, 유사할라이드, 설페이트 및 유기산 음이온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 음이온이며, 음이온 Xn-는 수상에서, 말로노니트릴 및 RCN으로부터 제자리에서 (in situ) 형성되는 트리시아노메타나이드 음이온으로 대체됨)를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 방법:[식에서, Q+는 하기 화학식의 양이온들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 유기 양이온임:a) (WR1R2R3R4)+, 이때 W는 질소 또는 인 원자이고,i) R1 내지 R3은 상호 독립적으로 각각 C1-20-알킬이고, R4는 C1-20-알킬, C3-10-시클로알킬 또는 C6-10-아릴이며, 이때 R1 내지 R4는 상호 독립적으로 각각 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자를 포함할 수 있거나, 또는ii) R1 및 R2는 W와 함께 5 내지 7원 고리를 형성하고, R3 및 R4는 상호 독립적으로 각각 C1-20-알킬이며, 이때 R3 및 R4는 상호 독립적으로 각각 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자를 포함할 수 있거나, 또는iii) R1 및 R2, 그리고 또한 R3 및 R4는 각 경우에 W와 함께 5 내지 7원 고리를 형성함, 또는b) (NR5R6R7)+, 이때 N은 질소 원자이고, R5 및 R6은 함께 N이 R5 및 R6에 대하여 하나의 단일결합과 하나의 이중결합을 갖는 5 내지 7원 고리를 형성하며, R7은 C1-20-알킬, C3-10-시클로알킬 또는 C6-10-아릴이고, 이때 R7은 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자를 포함할 수 있음, 또는c) (SR8R9R10)+, 이때 S는 황 원자이고,i) R8 및 R9는 상호 독립적으로 각각 C1-20-알킬이고, R10은 C1-20-알킬, C3-10-시클로알킬 또는 C6-10-아릴이며, 이때 R8 내지 R10은 상호 독립적으로 각각 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자를 포함할 수 있거나, 또는ii) R8 및 R9는 S와 함께 5 내지 7원 고리를 형성하고, R10은 C1-20-알킬, C3-10-시클로알킬 또는 C6-10-아릴이며, 이때 R10은 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자를 포함할 수 있음, 또는d) (ZR11R12)+, 이때 Z는 산소 또는 황 원자이고, R11 및 R12는 함께 Z가 R11 및 R12에 대하여 하나의 단일 결합과 하나의 이중 결합을 갖는 5 내지 7원 고리를 형성하며,C1-20-알킬기, C1-20-알콕시기, C3-10-시클로알킬기, C6-10-아릴기, 할로겐 및 시아노로 이루어진 군 중에 하나 이상의 치환기가 치환기 R1 내지 R12에 의해 형성된 각 고리에 결합될 수 있고, 이때 C1-20-알킬기, C1-20-알콕시기, C3-10-시클로알킬기 및 C6-10-아릴기는 상호 독립적으로 각각 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자를 포함할 수 있고,치환기 R1 내지 R12에 의해 형성된 각 고리는 질소, 황 및 산소로 이루어진 군 중에 하나 또는 두 개의 헤테로원자를 추가로 포함할 수 있고/있거나 또 다른 방향족 또는 비방향족 5 내지 7원 고리에 융합될 수 있음].
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 말로노니트릴, 시아노 화합물 RCN 및 염 (Q+)nXn-이 염기의 존재 하에 수상에서 혼합되어, 트리시아노메타나이드 음이온의 제조 및 이와의 교환이 원팟 (one-pot) 반응으로 일어나는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 말로노니트릴:시아노 화합물 RCN의 몰 비율이 0.2:1 내지 2:1 의 범위 내인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 염기가 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 수산화물, 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속 탄산염, 암모니아, 1차, 2차 및 3차 아민, 피리딘 및 이미다졸로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응 중의 pH가 4 초과의 값으로 유지되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 음이온 Xn-가 클로라이드, 브로마이드, 및 시아나이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
