Claims (6)
- 테트라메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드에 대하여 내성이 있고, 테트라메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드를 탄소원으로 하여 생장할 있는 메틸로박테리움 엑스토쿠엔스 SMIC-1 (Methylobacterium extorquens SMIC-1) (수탁번호 KCTC 10946 BP).
- 테트라메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드를 함유하고 있는 시료 중에서 메틸로박테리움 엑스토쿠엔스 SMIC-1 (Methylobacterium extorquens SMIC-1) (수탁번호 KCTC 10946 BP) 균주를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, 시료 중의 테트라메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드를 제거하거나 감소시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 균주는 담체에 고정화되어 있는 것인, 시료 중의 테트라메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드를 제거하거나 감소시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배양은 회분식 배양 및 연속식 배양으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 시료 중의 테트라메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드를 제거하거나 감소시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 콜라겐, 젤라틴, 아가, 알긴산, 칼라 퀴논 (color quinone), 셀룰로즈, 아세테이트, 폴리아크릴 아미드, 아미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리비닐알콜, 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로 이루어진 군으로 선택되는 것인, 시료 중의 테트라메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드를 제거하거나 감소시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시료는 테트라메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드를 함유하고 있는 폐수 원액 또는 희석된 폐수인, 시료 중의 테트라메틸 암모늄 히드록사이드를 제거하거나 감소시키는 방법.
