CONSTITUTION: A lower punch plate(20) is placed on a floor fixed plate(30). A middle punch plate(40), printing paper(60), and an upper press fitting plate(10) are placed on the lower punch plate. The floor fixed plate and the lower punch plate are integrally combined. The lower punch plate has a plurality of braille punches(21). The middle punch plate has braille punches(41) which are identical to the braille punches of the lower punch plate. A brallie pin(50) is inserted into the punches of the lower punch plate in order to form braille. The printing paper printing the brallie is placed on the middle punch plate. Uneven shaped brallie is printed on the printing paper by pressing the upper press fitting plate from the top.

Description

시각장애인용 점자 조판{a braille typesetting for the blind}Braille typesetting for blind people {a braille typesetting for the blind}

The present invention relates to braille typesetting for the visually impaired, and in particular, it is possible to produce braille prints easily and economically by forming braille on printed matter paper using typesetting.

Originally, Braille refers to a protrusion of a certain point on the ground or a plane so that a blind person can identify it. Accordingly, the visually impaired person may recognize the meaning of letters and symbols in the braille by touching or touching the protruding braille with a fingertip.

On the other hand, there are usually the following methods for forming braille.

First, it is a computer-based braille printer printing method that outputs printed matter using a computer-based braille printer that is being actively promoted in recent years.

This uses a computer with high capacity or processing speed, and the printout of the printout is relatively fast, and there is an advantage in that it is convenient for correcting misunderstandings.

However, the braille prints produced by the computer-based braille printer printing method are difficult to mass-produce because the output dedicated paper is relatively expensive, and there is a disadvantage in that the cost of purchasing the printed matter increases for the blind.

Secondly, the press-type braille printing method is a method that has been widely used in the past, using a tool called a braille plate (so-called "braille") on a relatively thick paper to protrude using a dot-shaped dot-pencil in a dot space formed on the braille plate. There is this.

In other words, the printing paper is placed on the lower dot mold with the protrusions integrally formed, and the upper dot mold with the groove is pressed with a press, and the printing paper is press-fitted to a pressure such that the printing paper is not perforated (not punctured). Will produce printed materials.

In this case, however, the protrusions (凸) produced according to the braille shape of the printed material are manufactured integrally with the lower dot mold, and the upper dot mold with recesses is also manufactured to correspond to the protrusions formed integrally with the lower dot mold. As such, the upper and lower dot molds are very uneconomical because they must be produced separately each time in the case of printed matters in which letters are wrong.

For example, when printing a business card for Braille, in order to make a business card of a person, the upper and lower dot molds formed with integral grooves and protrusions are required. The upper and lower dot molds used in business card production means that they cannot be used.

Therefore, the upper and lower point molds must be prepared separately for each business card, which is not very economical.

The present invention and its technical configuration is different, but for producing a printed Braille for the blind,

Braille pins (50) inserted into the perforations (21) of the lower perforated plate (20) to form braille; Braille typesetting for the blind, characterized in that consisting of.

In the above, the upper press plate 10 and the bottom fixing plate 30, the braille pin 50 is made of a steel material, the lower perforated plate 20 and the intermediate perforated plate 40 is made of aluminum.

In the past, when manufacturing a braille print, each of the print had to be provided with upper and lower dot molds each having an uneven portion for forming braille.

The present invention is to make the braille prints very easily by inserting the braille pins on the perforated plate to form the braille typesetting required like the type.

In other words, it is necessary to make a mold for each printed material as before, and according to the type of braille required, braille typesetting is produced with braille pins. Braille prints can be produced very economically.

Referring to the present invention having such a configuration in more detail as follows.

First, the biggest feature of the present invention

The present invention is to insert the braille pins on the perforated plate to form the braille typesetting required like the type, so as to eliminate the need for manufacturing a braille typesetting for each print as before.

That is, according to the type of braille required, the braille pins can be manufactured to be able to change the braille typesetting as much as possible.

1 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention, as shown in the drawings, the present invention is a lower perforated plate 20 is located on the bottom fixing plate 30 located on the bottom, the intermediate perforated plate 40, the printing paper 60 thereon The upper press plate 10 is positioned.

The bottom fixing plate 30 and the lower perforated plate 20 are integrally coupled to each other, and may be coupled using the bolt 31 as shown in FIG. 4.

On the other hand, the lower perforated plate 20 has a plurality of braille holes 21 are formed.

In addition, although not yet described, the braille perforations 41 are formed on the intermediate perforated plate 40 so as to coincide with the braille perforations 21 of the lower perforated plate 20, and the recess 11 in the upper press plate 10. Is formed.

The braille pin 50 is inserted into the perforations 21 of the lower perforated plate 20 to form braille. Since the lower perforated plate 20 has a thickness of about 7 mm, the depth of the perforated 21 formed in the lower perforated plate is also about 7 mm, and the perforated diameter is about 1.8 mm.

On the other hand, the length of the braille pin 50 is about 12 mm and the diameter is about 1.6 mm.

Therefore, because the diameter of the braille pin 50 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the perforated 21 of the lower perforated plate 20, the braille pin 50 is smoothly fitted into the perforated 21.

또한 점자용 핀(50)의 길이가 하부타공판(20)의 두께보다 약 5㎜ 정도가 크므로, 상기 타공(21)에 점자용 핀(50)을 꽂게 되면 점자용 핀(50)이 타공(21) 위로 약 5㎜ 정도 돌출되어지게 된다.(도2 참조)In addition, since the length of the braille pin 50 is about 5 mm larger than the thickness of the lower perforated plate 20, when the braille pin 50 is inserted into the perforated 21, the braille pin 50 is perforated ( 21) It protrudes about 5mm upwards (see Fig. 2).

Thereafter, the intermediate perforated plate 40 is placed on the lower perforated plate 20, and the perforated 41 of the intermediate perforated plate 40 and the perforated 21 of the lower perforated plate 20 are placed to be in the same position, about 5 The braille pin 50 that protrudes about mm is fitted to the perforations 41 of the intermediate perforated plate 40.

한편, 중간타공판(40)의 두께는 대략 3.8㎜ 정도이므로, 점자용 핀(50)은 약1.2m 정도가 또다시 중간타공판(40) 위로 돌출 되어진다.(도3 참조)On the other hand, since the thickness of the intermediate perforated plate 40 is about 3.8 mm, the braille pin 50 is projected over the intermediate perforated plate 40 again about 1.2 m (see Fig. 3).

이어 상기 점자를 형성시킬 인쇄용지(60)을 중간타공판(40) 위에 올려 놓고 상부압입판(10)을 위에서 눌러 압입하면 인쇄용지(60)에 요철(61) 형상의 점자가 형성되어 진다.(도4 참조)Subsequently, the printing paper 60 to form the braille is placed on the intermediate punching plate 40, and the upper press-fitting plate 10 is pressed in from the top to press the upper press-fitting plate 10 so that the irregularities in the shape of the irregularities 61 are formed on the printing paper 60. 4)

That is, while the protrusion 51 of the braille pin 50 protruding about 1.2 mm is fitted into the recess 11 of the upper press plate 10, the braille having the irregularities 61 shape is formed on the printing paper located in the middle. You lose.

In the above, the upper press plate 10 and bottom fixing plate 30, the braille pin 50 to withstand the force applied when the press is made of a steel material, rather than force for braille on the printing paper and ease of processing In order to form the unevenness, the lower perforated plate 20 and the intermediate perforated plate 40 were made of aluminum.

On the other hand, in the above method, if the braille unevenness 61 is formed on the printing paper by simply pressing force, a shape in which the uneven portion is crushed may be generated, which may result in a defective product.

따라서, 필요한 경우에는 본원발명의 상부압입판에 히터에 해당하는 열판(70)을 부착시킴으로써 인쇄용지의 물성을 부드럽게 해주어, 인쇄용지에 보다 명확한 점자용 요철을 형성시킬 수도 있다.(도5 참조)Therefore, if necessary, by attaching a hot plate 70 corresponding to a heater to the upper press plate of the present invention, the physical properties of the printing paper can be softened, thereby making it possible to form clearer Braille irregularities on the printing paper.

Reference numeral 71 is an electric wire for supplying electricity to the hot plate.

As described above, the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and equivalent configurations having appropriately changed the above embodiments will include all of them.

The braille typesetting for the visually impaired person corresponding to the present invention will have a very good effect compared to the existing one, so the industrial applicability will be sufficient.
