Claims (7)
- LCD 패널용 LED 드라이버의 회로 구성에 있어서,LED들을 구동하기 위하여 각각 FET를 매개로 연결된 복수개의 컨버터로 구성되고, OVP가 동작되면 해당 신호를 출력하는 적어도 하나의 컨버터 블록;상기 OVP가 동작되면 출력되는 신호를 하나라도 감지하면 LED 드라이버 전체를 셧다운 시키기 위한 동작을 수행하는 마이컴을 포함하는 LCD 패널용 LED 드라이버의 OVP 검출회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨버터 블록을 구성하는 각각의 컨버터는,입력부와 FET 게이트 단자사이의 제1저항; 및상기 제1저항과 상기 FET 게이트 단자 사이에 각각 분기되어 접지된 제2저항과 콘덴서를 포함하고,상기 각각의 컨버터의 FET들은 상호 컬렉터 단자와 에미터 단자를 통해서 연결되며, 상기 각각의 컨버터 중, 어느 하나의 컨버터는 FET 에미터 단자를 통해서 제3저항 및 레귤레이터를 경유하여 접지되며 어느 하나의 컨버터는 FET 컬렉터 단자를 통해서접지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널용 LED 드라이버의 OVP 검출회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이컴은 상기 적어도 하나의 컨버터 블록들과 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널용 LED 드라이버의 OVP 검출회로.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 마이컴과 상기 적어도 하나의 컨버터 블록 사이에는 다이오드가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널용 LED 드라이버의 OVP 검출회로.
- LCD 패널용 LED 드라이버의 회로 구성에 있어서,컨버터;상기 컨버터의 양단 사이에 배치하며, 미리 설정된 OVP 전압보다 높은 상기 OVP 전압이 걸리면 전류의 경로를 형성하는 제너 다이오드; 및상기 제너 다이오드의 일단과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 제너 다이오드를 통해서 형성된 전류의 세기를 제한하기 위한 값으로 설정된 저항을 포함하는 LCD 패널용 LED 드라이버의 OVP 검출회로.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제너 다이오드는 상기 컨버터의 입력단과 접지단 사이에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널용 LED 드라이버의 OVP 검출회로.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 저항은 상기 제너 다이오드와 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 패널용 LED 드라이버의 OVP 검출회로.
