Abstract
본발명은 건축물및 토목구조물의 시공이음부에 사용되는 비가황부틸고무를 이용한 부틸고무 지수재에 관한 것으로 보다상세하게는 플라스틱으로 십자모양의 뼈대를 만들고 표면에 비가황부틸고무를 코팅하여 타설된 콘크리트면에 반을 꽂아 양생을 시킨후 나중에 타설되는 콘크리트와도 결합이 되도록하여 시공이음부로 유입되는 물을 차단하는 공법에 관한것이다The present invention relates to a butyl rubber index material using non-vulcanized butyl rubber used in the construction joints of buildings and civil engineering structures. 타설된 콘크리트가 완전히 양생이 되면 상부면에 남아있는 부틸지수재의 이형지를 제거하는 단계;
이형지를 제거한 후 연결이음부에 부틸고무테이프를 붙여서 이음을 하는단계; 및
상부 콘크리틀 타설하는 단계를 포함하는 시공이음부 지수재 시공방법.
