Claims (5)
- 바실러스균과 광합성균을 포함하는 분배조(1)와,
상기 분배조(1)에 수용된 바실러스균과 광합성균을 공급받도록, 축사의 바닥면 아래에 설치되어 가축 분뇨를 저장하는 분뇨탱크(2)와,
분뇨탱크(2)와 연결 설치되어 수집된 분뇨를 호기성 발효시키는 발효조(3)와,
발효조(3)와 연결되어, 발효조(3)에서 발효처리된 처리수를 수용하며 아울러 내부에는 담체를 포함하는 침지형분리막을 갖춘 침지형분리막장치(10)와,
상기 침지형분리막장치(10)에서 처리된 처리수를 나노분리막으로 처리하는 나노분리막처리장치(11)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축산분뇨의 축사순환 처리장치 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분뇨탱크(2)와 연결 설치되어 수집된 분뇨를 호기성 발효시키는 발효조(3) 내의 처리수는 바실러스균과 광합성균을 포함하는 분배조(1)로 순환되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 축산분뇨의 축사순환 처리장치 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분뇨탱크(2)는 각각의 축사에 설치된 분뇨탱크(2)에 상호 연결되고, 각각의 축사에 설치된 분뇨탱크(2)는 분배조(1) 및 발효조(3)와 연결되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 축산분뇨의 축사순환 처리장치 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 발효조(3)에서 발생되는 발효 열은 축사로 공급되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 축산분뇨의 축사순환 처리장치. - 축산분뇨의 축사순환 처리방법에 있어서,
바실러스균과 광합성균을 포함하는 분배조(1)를 준비하는 단계;
준비된 분배조(1) 내의 바실러스균과 광합성균을 축사 바닥면 저부에 설치되어 가축 분뇨를 저장하는 분뇨탱크(2)에 공급하여 혐기성 및 호기성 발효시켜 분뇨의 액화 및 탈질화시키는 단계;
액화 및 탈질화처리된 분뇨탱크(2)의 분뇨를 호기성 발효조(3)로 보내어 호기성 발효시키는 단계;
호기성 발효된 분뇨 처리수를 분배조(1)로 순환시키는 단계;
호기성 발효조(3)에서 발생되는 발효열을 축사에 공급하는 단계;
발효조에서 처리된 분뇨 처리수를 담체를 갖춘 침지형 분리막 장치(10)로 보내어 정화하는 단계;
침지형분리막장치(10)에서 처리된 처리수를 2 차로 나노 분리막장치(11)로 보내어 2 차로 정화 수처리하는 단계를;
2차 정화처리된 처리수를 재활용하거나 또는 방류하는 방법 중 어느 한가지 방법으로 최종 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축산분뇨의 축사순환 친환경 정화처리방법.
