Description
Claims (8)
- 케이크 상태의 정수슬러지를 분쇄시키는 단계;
분쇄된 정수슬러지를 모래와 혼합하여 제1 혼합재료를 만드는 단계;
상기 제1 혼합재료를 내부 온도가 25 ~ 250℃인 회전로에서 회전시키면서 10 ~ 60분 열처리하여 상기 정수슬러지의 함수율이 0.5 ~ 2%인 상태가 되도록 상기 제1 혼합재료를 건조시키는 단계;
상기 제1 혼합재료를 냉각시키는 단계;
상기 제1 혼합재료를 입도 2.5mm를 기준으로 작은 입도 제1 혼합재료와 큰 입도 제1 혼합재료로 분리하는 제1 분리 단계;
상기 작은 입도 제1 혼합재료와, 생석회 또는 시멘트와, 첨가재를 혼합하여 제2 혼합재료를 만드는 단계;
상기 큰 입도 제1 혼합재료를 분쇄하여 상기 입도 2.5mm를 기준으로 작은 입도 제1 혼합재료와 큰 입도 제1 혼합재료로 분리하는 제2 분리 단계;
상기 제2 분리 단계에서 분리된 작은 입도 제1 혼합재료를 상기 제2 혼합재료에 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 정수슬러지를 이용한 고화재 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 건조된 제1 혼합재료 중 정수슬러지의 입도는 150 ~ 300마이크로미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 정수슬러지를 이용한 고화재 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가재는 실리카흄, 합성제올라이트, 폐석고미분말, 비산재, 규조토 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정수슬러지를 이용한 고화재 제조방법.
- 전체 100 중량%에 대하여, 활성 정수슬러지 10 ~ 20 중량%, 실리카흄 20 ~ 25 중량%, 합성제올라이트 5 ~ 10 중량%, 시멘트바인더 20 ~ 30 중량%, 폐석고미분말 7 ~ 14% 중량%, 규사 15 ~ 30 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 활성 정수슬러지의 입도는 150 ~ 300마이크로미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 정수슬러지를 이용한 고화재.
