Claims (8)
- 상,하부 금형으로 구성되고 강판 블랭크(S)를 프레스 가공하기 위한 프레스 경화용 금형(P)과,상기 상,하부 금형의 내부에 서로 이격되게 배치되며 냉각수가 흐르는 통로가 되는 다수개의 냉각수 공급부(12,22)와,상기 냉각수 공급부(12,22)들에 공급되는 냉각수의 온도를 부위별로 조정하기 위한 냉각수 온도 조절수단을 구비하되,상기 냉각수 온도 조절수단은 상기 냉각수 공급부(12,22)들중 상기 강판 블랭크(S)의 트리밍 절단 부위(T1)와 근접된 냉각수 공급부(12,22)에 다른 냉각수 공급부(12,22)에 공급되는 냉각수보다 높은 온도의 냉각수를 차등 공급하도록 제어하는 컨트롤러(100)를 구비하되,상기 컨트롤러(100)는 상기 트리밍 절단 부위(T1)와 근접된 냉각수 공급부(12,22)에 공급되는 냉각수를 가열하는 히터(150)를 구비하고,상기 컨트롤러(100)는 상기 트리밍 절단 부위(T1)에 근접된 냉각수 공급부(12,22)에 공급되는 냉각수의 온도가 45~80℃를 유지하도록 상기 히터(150)의 동작을 제어하며,상기 강판 블랭크(S)의 트리밍 절단 부위(T1)와 근접된 냉각수 공급부(12,22)와 상기 강판 블랭크(S)의 접촉면 사이에 중공부(210)가 형성되고,상기 프레스 경화용 금형은 내부에 단열재(300)가 배치되고,상기 강판 블랭크(S)의 트리밍 절단 부위(T1)와 상기 강판 블랭크(S)의 사이에 배치되어 상기 프레스 경화용 금형의 온도를 감지하여 감지된 신호를 상기 컨트롤러 측으로 출력하는 온도 감지센서(155)를 더 구비하며,상기 냉각수 온도 조절수단은 상기 강판 블랭크(S)의 트리밍 절단 부위(T1)를 페라이트와 펄라이트 및 베이나이트의 혼합 조직이 되도록 냉각수의 온도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 경화용 금형의 냉각장치.
