Claims (2)
- 극저온용 볼밸브에 관한 것으로서,좌우로 개방되는 유로가 내부에 형성되어 그 내부 유로에 볼이 설치되고, 개방된 양측의 내경부에는 외주면에 나사산이 형성되는 어댑터가 각각 나사 결합하며, 상기 내부 유로에 연통하는 스템홀이 형성되는 헤드부가 상부에 형성되는 바디와;상기 볼의 외주면에 유로 방향으로 대향하도록 밀착 설치되는 한 쌍의 볼시트와;상기 어댑터의 외경에 장착되어 바디와의 접속 부위를 밀봉하는 고리 형상의 어댑터 시트와;상기 스템이 삽입되는 바디의 헤드부 상면에 돌출되게 형성되는 고정핀과;외주면에 다수의 오링이 결합되는 대단부와, 이보다 작은 직경을 가지도록 대단부의 하방에 형성되는 하부 소단부와, 대단부의 상방에 형성되는 상부 소단부가 구비되어 하부 소단부 끝단은 볼과 연결되고 상부 소단부 끝단은 핸들과 결합이 되는 스템과;상기 스템의 하부 소단부에 끼워지며 상단부에 돌출되는 플랜지가 형성되어 바디 내부의 제1걸림턱에서 맞닿게 되는 하부스템시트와;상기 스템의 상부 소단부에 끼워지는 링 형상으로 바디 내부의 제2걸림턱에 맞닿게 되는 상부스템시트와;판면에 헤드부 상면에 형성된 고정핀이 끼워지는 핀홀이 구비되며 판면의 중심부는 상부 소단부가 관통될 수 있는 천공홀이 형성되되, 상기 천공홀 둘레로 일부 구간에 걸쳐 돌출되는 제한리브가 구비되는 스톱퍼와;상기 스템의 상부 소단부 외면으로 돌출되게 결합되어 상기 제한리브의 양단부에서 맞닿게 됨으로써 스템의 회전각도가 규제되도록 하는 제한핀과;상기 헤드부의 외주면과 결합되며 내경면에 형성되는 가압턱이 상기 스톱퍼의 상면 가장자리에 접촉되어 고정될 수 있도록 하는 캡과;스템이 관통되는 센터홀이 구비되는 캡의 상부면에 센터홀 주위를 따라 함몰되는 핸들시트홈에 설치되어 상기 스템의 상단부에 체결되는 핸들의 하부면에 의해 가압되어 기밀을 유지토록 하는 핸들시트;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 쓰리피스 볼 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스톱퍼의 제한리브는,스템이 90도 범위내에서 회전될 수 있도록 상기 천공홀 둘레를 따라 270도 범위로 형성되고, 상기 스톱퍼는 황동으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저온용 쓰리피스 볼 밸브.
