Claims (7)
- (a) HF 및 1종 이상의 화학식 CX3CCl=CClX의 할로프로펜 (여기에서, 각각의 X는 독립적으로 F 및 Cl로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된다)을 반응시켜서 CF3CCl=CF2 및 CF3CHClCF3를 포함하는 생성물을 제조하며, 여기에서 상기 CF3CCl=CF2 및 CF3CHClCF3는 (i) ZnCr2O4 및 결정질 알파-산화크로뮴을 포함하는 조성물, (ii) 할로겐화아연 및 알파-산화크로뮴을 포함하는 조성물 및 (iii) 플루오르화제로 처리된 (i) 또는 (ii)의 조성물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 조성물을 포함하는 플루오르화 촉매 존재하에 제조되고;(b) (a)에서 제조된 CF3CCl=CF2 및 CF3CHClCF3를 수소와 반응시켜서 CF3CH2CHF2 및 CF3CH2CF3를 포함하는 생성물을 제조하고;(c) (b)에서 제조된 생성물로부터 CF3CH2CHF2 및 CF3CH2CF3를 회수하는 것을 포함하는, 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 및 1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사플루오로프로판의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a)에서, 촉매가 (i) ZnCr2O4 및 결정질 알파-산화크로뮴을 포함하는 조성물 및 (iii) 플루오르화제로 처리된 (i)의 조성물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 촉매 조성물 중 크로뮴 및 아연 전체에 대한 아연의 양이 1 원자% 내지 25 원자%인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 촉매가 (i) ZnCr2O4가 조성물 중 크로뮴의 10 원자% 내지 67 원자% 및 조성물 중 아연의 70 원자% 이상을 포함하며, 조성물 중에 산화크로뮴으로서 존재하는 크로뮴의 90 원자% 이상이 ZnCr2O4 또는 결정질 알파-산화크로뮴으로 존재하는, ZnCr2O4 및 결정질 알파-산화크로뮴을 포함하는 조성물 및 (iii) 플루오르화제로 처리된 (i)의 조성물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a)에서, 촉매가 (ii) 할로겐화아연 및 알파-산화크로뮴을 포함하는 조성물 및 (iii) 플루오르화제로 처리된 (ii)의 조성물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 촉매 조성물 중 크로뮴 및 아연 전체에 대한 아연의 양이 0.1 원자% 내지 25 원자%인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 촉매가 (ii) 알파-산화크로뮴을 포함하는 지지체 상에 할로겐화아연이 담지되어 있는 조성물 및 (iii) 플루오르화제로 처리된 (ii)의 조성물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 촉매 조성물 중 크로뮴 및 아연 전체에 대한 아연의 양이 2 원자% 내지 10 원자%인 방법.
