Claims (1)
- 차창유리면의 온도를 측정하는 유리면 온도센서와, 차창유리면 주위의 상대습도를 측정하는 습도센서가 마련된 온습도센서 모듈;일면에 상기 온습도센서 모듈이 장착되고 타면 전체가 차량 내의 차창유리면을 향해 배치되며, 상기 온습도센서 모듈의 장착 면에 상기 유리면 온도센서의 온도측정 부위와 접합되는 도전부가 형성되며, 상기 유리면 온도센서와 습도센서의 각 전극 단자들과 접속되는 도전 패턴이 형성된 연성인쇄회로기판;상기 연성인쇄회로기판의 타면 전체를 차창유리면 쪽으로 노출시킨 상태에서 상기 온습도센서 모듈을 통과시키는 관통 구멍이 형성되고, 상기 연성인쇄회로기판의 도전 패턴과 접속되게 접속 단자들이 형성되며, 차량 실내온도를 측정하는 실내 온도센서가 마련되며, 상기 습도센서와 실내 온도센서로부터 각각 측정된 값들을 연산하여 얻어진 이슬점 온도를 상기 유리면 온도센서로부터 측정된 유리면 온도와 비교하여 김서림 검출신호를 선택적으로 출력하는 제어회로모듈이 마련된 기판 조립체;상기 연성인쇄회로기판의 타면 전체와 기판 조립체를 차량 내의 차창유리면에 부착시키며, 열 전도성을 구비하여 차창유리면으로부터 상기 연성인쇄회로기판을 통해 상기 유리면 온도센서로 열 전달하는 접착 부재; 및상기 기판 조립체를 사이에 두고 상기 연성인쇄회로기판의 반대쪽에서 상기 기판 조립체를 일부 감싸도록 형성되고, 상기 온습도센서 모듈과 대응되는 위치에 공기 유입공이 형성되며, 상기 온습도센서 모듈을 차창유리면 쪽으로 가압하는 가압 돌기가 형성되며, 상기 제어회로모듈의 전원 공급과 데이터 입출력을 위해 상기 제어회로모듈과 접속되는 커넥터가 마련된 케이스;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차창유리 김서림 검출장치.
