Claims (5)
- 주사선들 및 데이터선들의 교차부에 위치되는 화소들을 포함하는 패널과;상기 주사선들을 구동하기 위한 주사 구동부와;상기 데이터선들을 구동하기 위한 데이터 구동부를 구비하며;상기 화소들 각각에 포함되는 트랜지스터들은 결정화 과정을 거치며, 상기 화소들의 결정화 과정시에 상기 패널의 단변과 나란한 방향으로 레이저가 조사되며;상기 화소들은 직사각형 형태로 형성되며, 단변이 상기 패널의 단변과 나란하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주사선들은 상기 패널의 단변과 나란한 방향으로 형성되고, 상기 데이터선들은 상기 패널의 장변과 나란한 방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주사 구동부 및 데이터 구동부를 제어하기 위한 타이밍 제어부와,외부로부터 공급되는 데이터를 저장하기 위한 프레임 메모리와,상기 프레임 메모리에 저장된 데이터의 공급순서를 제어하면서 상기 타이밍 제어부로 전달하기 위한 변환부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 변환부는 상기 데이터가 상기 패널의 수직방향으로 공급될 수 있도록 상기 공급순서를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
