Description
Claims (9)
- 플랙시블한 베이스부재와;상기 베이스부재의 상면에 베이스부재의 길이방향을 따라 설치되어 전류가 흐를 수 있는 도전 패턴을 형성하는 도전성 패턴층과;상기 도전성 패턴층에 장착되어 인가되는 전류를 통해 발광하는 발광램프와;상기 베이스부재의 절곡시 상기 베이스부재의 절곡형상을 유지시키는 형고정수단;을 구비하고,상기 형고정수단은 상기 도전성 패턴층의 두께를 상기 베이스부재의 절곡 변형상태를 유지할 수 있는 형고정력을 가질 수 있는 최소 크기보다 크고 도전성 패턴층의 탄성력에 의해 발생하는 스프링백에 의하여 베이스부재의 초기 변형상태가 유지되지 못하는 최대 크기보다 작도록 선정함으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 도전성 패턴층은 상기 베이스부재의 길이방향을 따라 연장되는 연장구간과, 상기 베이스부재의 절곡부분에 형성되며 상기 베이스부재의 절곡된 형상을 유지시킬 수 있도록 상기 연장구간보다 상대적으로 폭이 넓게 형성된 확장구간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 확장구간에는 상기 베이스부재의 절곡이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 상기 베이스부재의 길이방향과 교차하는 방향을 따라 소정간격 이격되게 연장되며 상면으로부터 상기 베이스부재를 향해 소정깊이 인입된 복수개의 가이드홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프유닛.
- 플렉시블한 베이스부재와;상기 베이스부재에 설치되어 저류가 흐를 수 있는 도전 패턴을 형성하며, 사익 베이스부재의 절곡시 상기 베이스부재의 절곡 형상에 대응하도록 변형되어 상기 베이스부재의 절곡형상을 유지시키는 도전성 패턴층과;상기 도전성 패턴층에 장착되어 인가되는 전류를 통해 발광하는 발광램프;를 구비하며,상기 도전성 패턴층은 상기 베이스부재의 길이방향을 따라 연장되는 제1 구간과, 상기 베이스부재의 절곡부분에 형성되며 상기 베이스부재의 절곡된 형상을 유지시킬 수 있도록 상기 제1 구간에 비해 상대적으로 두께가 두껍게 형성된 제2 구간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프유닛.
- 플렉시블한 베이스플레이트와, 상기 베이스플레이트의 일측에 형성되어 있는 도전패턴을 포함하는 회로부재와;상기 회로부재에 설치되어 상기 회로부재의 절곡시 절곡 형태를 유지하는 형고정부재; 및상기 회로부재에 장착되어 상기 도전패턴을 통해 인가되는 전류에 의해 발광하는 발광램프;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프유닛.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 형고정부재는 상기 회로부재의 상면과 하면 중 선택된 하나 또는 양측면 모두에 구리, 은, 금, 알루미늄 중 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 합금으로 된 금속층이 코팅되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 램프유닛.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 형고정부재는 상기 회로부재의 상면 또는 하면 중 선택된 일측면에 코 팅되는 제1 코팅층과, 타측면에 코팅된 제2 코팅층을 포함하며,상기 제1 코팅층은 상기 회로부재의 길이방향을 따라 연속적으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 제2 코팅층은 상기 회로부재의 절곡부분에서의 절곡이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 상기 절곡부분에서의 코팅구간이 소정길이 삭제되어 있는 삭제부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프유닛.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 형고정부재는 상기 회로부재의 상면 또는 하면 중 선택된 일측면에 코팅되는 제4 코팅층과, 타측면에 코팅된 제3 코팅층을 포함하며,상기 제3 코팅층은 상기 회로부재의 절곡이 이루어지는 절곡부분에만 형성되어 있고, 상기 제4 코팅층은 상기 회로부재의 상기 절곡부분을 제외한 나머지 부분에만 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프유닛.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 형고정부재는 형상유지부분과 상기 형상유지부분의 단부에 설치되고 상기 형상유지부분보다 상대적으로 얇은 두께를 가진 박막부분을 구비하며, 박막부분은 상기 회로부재의 절곡되지 않는 평면부분에 코팅되도록 평면의 형상을 가지며, 상기 형상유지부분은 상기 회로부재의 절곡부분에 코팅되도록 상기 절곡부분과 대응되는 절곡된 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프유닛
