Claims (8)
- 계면중합에 의한 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막의 제조방법에 있어서, 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막을 제조한 후에 후처리 공정으로 하기의 단계들을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막의 제조방법:(i) 유기산과 아민을 포함하는 유기 염 용액에 제조된 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막을 침지시키는 단계 및(ii) 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막을 증류수로 세척하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기산이 캠포술폰산, 염산, 아세트산, 메탄술폰산 및 트리플루오로아세트산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민이 트리에틸아민, 트리메틸아민, 트리프로필아민, 디프로필아민, 1-메틸피페리딘, N,N-디에틸메틸아민, N,N-디메틸에틸아민, N,N-디메틸에탄올아민 및 N,N-디메틸-4-아미노-피리딘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 염 용액이 유기 염을 2 내지 10중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 염 용액에 유기산과 아민이 2:1의 비율로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (i) 침지단계가 10분 내지 1시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조되며,다공성 지지체와 당해 다공성 지지체의 적어도 한쪽 면에 형성된 폴리아마이드 활성층을 포함하는 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막.
- 제7항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체가 미세다공성 지지체로, 부직포에 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리에테르 에테르 케톤, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리메틸펜텐 및 폴리비닐리덴 플로오라이드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 고분자 재료가 캐스팅된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드 역삼투 분리막.
