Claims (10)
- 미생물을 이용하여 에틸렌글리콜로부터 글리콜산을 생산하는 방법에 있어서,에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이 유래의 락토알데히드 리덕타아제 및 락토알데히드 디히드로게나아제를 코드하는 유전자를 에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이에 도입하는 것에 의해 락토알데히드 리덕타아제 및 락토알데히드 디히드로게나아제의 효소 활성을 강화하고, 또한, 상기 에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이의 글리콜산 옥시다아제 활성을 불활성화 또는 에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이 유래의 글리콜산 옥시다아제 활성보다도 저감하고,더욱이, 에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이 유래의 NADH 디히드로게나아제를 코드하는 유전자를 에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이에 도입하는 것에 의해 NADH 디히드로게나아제의 활성을 강화한 재조합 미생물을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글리콜산의 생산방법.
- 에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이 유래의 락토알데히드 리덕타아제 및 락토알데히드 디히드로게나아제를 코드하는 유전자를 에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이에 도입하는 것에 의해 락토알데히드 리덕타아제 및 락토알데히드 디히드로게나아제의 효소 활성을 강화하고,상기 에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이의 글리콜산 옥시다아제 활성을 불활성화 또는 상기 에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이 유래의 글리콜산 옥시다아제 활성보다도 저감하고, 또한,에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이 유래의 NADH 디히드로게나아제를 코드하는 유전자를 상기 에스케리치아ㆍ콜라이에 도입하는 것에 의해 NADH 디히드로게나아제의 활성을 강화한 재조합 미생물.
