Description
Claims (21)
- 고정측 부재와 회전측 부재를 구비하고, 고정측 부재와 회전측 부재 사이의 환상의 레이디얼 베어링 간극에 생기는 유체의 동압작용에 의해 회전측 부재를 레이디얼 방향으로 비접촉으로 지지하는 것에 있어서,회전측 부재가, 로터 마그넷의 부착부를 갖는 것이고, 또한 금속부품으로서의 심금을 인서트 부품으로 하는 수지의 사출성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속부품이 레이디얼 베어링 간극에 면한 축부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레이디얼 베어링 간극에 면한 축부재 및 축부재에 끼워 넣은 심금을 금속부품으로서 인서트 부품으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속부품이 레이디얼 베어링 간극에 면한 축부재, 및 심금인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 심금이 자성체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 심금이 다공질체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으 로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 고정측 부재는, 축부재를 내주에 삽입가능한 베어링 슬리브와, 내부에 베어링 슬리브를 고정하고, 일단측에 개구부, 타단측에 일체 또는 별체의 저부를 구비한 하우징을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 하우징의 개구부와 회전측 부재 사이에 스러스트 베어링 간극을 구비하고, 이 스러스트 베어링 간극에 생기는 유체의 동압작용으로 축부재를 스러스트 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 하우징의 저부와 회전측 부재 사이에 스러스트 베어링 간극을 구비하고, 이 스러스트 베어링 간극에 생기는 유체의 동압작용으로 축부재를 스러스트 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 하우징에 의해 축부재를 접촉 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 동압 베어링 장치와, 로터 마그넷과, 로터 마그넷과의 사이에서 여자력을 발생하는 스테이터 코일을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 축부재와, 축부재를 회전가능하게 지지하는 고정측 부재와, 축부재에 부착되고 로터 마그넷의 부착부를 갖는 부재를 구비하고, 고정측 부재와 축부재 사이의 환상의 레이디얼 베어링 간극에 생기는 유체의 동압작용에 의해 축부재를 레이디얼 방향으로 비접촉으로 지지하는 것에 있어서,로터 마그넷의 부착부를 갖는 부재가 수지로 성형되고, 또한 로터 마그넷의 부착부를 갖는 부재 중, 적어도 로터 마그넷과의 대향부에 자성체로 이루어지는 자기 실드부재를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 로터 마그넷의 부착부를 갖는 부재가, 자기 실드부재를 인서트 부품으로 하는 수지의 사출성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 자기 실드부재의 적어도 일부를 수지로 매설한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 자기 실드부재가 소성가공에 의해 성형된 것임을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 로터 마그넷의 부착부를 갖는 부재가, 자기 실드부재 및 축부재를 인서트 부품으로 하는 수지의 사출성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 고정측 부재는, 축부재를 내주에 삽입가능한 베어링 슬리브와, 내부에 베어링 슬리브를 고정하고, 일단측에 개구부, 타단측에 일체 또는 별체의 저부를 구비한 하우징을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 하우징의 개구부와, 로터 마그넷의 부착부를 갖는 부재 사이에 스러스트 베어링 간극을 구비하고, 이 스러스트 베어링 간극에 생기는 유체의 동압작용에 의해 축부재를 스러스트 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 하우징의 저부와 축부재 사이에 스러스트 베어링 간극을 구비하고, 이 스러스트 베어링 간극에 생기는 유체의 동압작용으로 축부재를 스러스트 방향으로 비접촉 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 하우징에 의해 축부재를 접촉 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제12항, 제13항, 제17항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 동압 베어링 장치와, 로터 마그넷과, 로터 마그넷과의 사이에서 여자력을 발생하는 스테이터 코일을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
