Claims (4)
- 선박내 탱크에서 발생되는 VOC를 저감하는 장치에 있어서;펌프에 의해 상기 탱크로 이송되는 유체의 관로 상에 설치되어 펌핑된 유체를 상기 탱크로 이송하되, 산소농도 조절용 불활성가스를 함께 흡입 토출하도록 설치된 이덕터와;상기 이덕터의 토출측과 상기 탱크 사이에 설치되어 이덕터를 통해 토출되는 유체의 압력을 VOC 응축 압력으로 일정하게 유지시키면서 상기 탱크로 공급하도록 설치된 압력조절밸브를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박내 VOC 저감장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 압력조절밸브의 토출측인 후단부는 상기 탱크의 기저부와 연결되어 발생된 VOC가 항상 탱크의 기저부로 먼저 인입되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 선박내 VOC 저감장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 압력조절밸브의 내부에는 전단부와 후단부의 압력차에 의해서 발생할 수 있는 공동화 현상을 막기 위해 다수의 구멍을 갖는 트림부가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 선박내 VOC 저감장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 압력조절밸브의 전단부에는 압력측정센서가 더 설치되고, 상기 압력측정센서는 컨트롤러와 연결되며, 상기 컨트롤러는 압력조절밸브의 개도를 조절하여 전,후단부의 압력차이를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박내 VOC 저감장치.
