Claims (23)
- (a) 보툴리눔 독소, 및;(b) 보툴리눔 독소와 조합되어 고체형 보툴리눔 독소 경구용 제형을 형성하는 캐리어를 포함하며,(i) 캐리어는 환자의 위장관에서 용해되어, 환자의 위장관에 치료학적인 양의 보툴리눔 독소를 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고체형 보툴리눔 독소 경구용 제형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보툴리눔 독소와 캐리어를 조합하기 전에 상당량의 보툴리눔 독소가 보툴리눔 톡소이드로 전환되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 캐리어와 조합된 보툴리눔 독소의 상당량이, 보툴리눔 독소와 캐리어를 조합하기 전의 보툴리눔 독소의 독성과 비교하여, 실질적으로 변화되지 않은 독성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 캐리어가 밀가루, 설탕 및 젤라틴으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 생체적합성, 생분해가능한 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보툴리눔 독소가 보툴리눔 독소 타입 A, B, C1, D, E, F 및 G로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보툴리눔 독소가 보툴리눔 독소 타입 A임을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 캐리어와 조합된 보툴리눔 독소의 양이 1 유닛 내지 10,000 유닛의 보툴리눔 독소인 것을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보툴리눔 독소의 양이 10 유닛 내지 2,000 유닛의 보툴리눔 독소 타입 A인 것을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보툴리눔 독소가(a) 생리학적 조건 하에서 뉴런 세포 표면 수용체에 특이적으로 결합할 수 있는 결합요소,(b) 뉴런 세포 막을 가로지르는 폴리펩티드의 이동을 용이하게 할 수 있는 전위요소, 및(c) 뉴런의 세포질에 존재할 때, 뉴런으로부터의 아세틸콜린 엑소시토시스를 억제할 수 있는 치료요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- (a) 보툴리눔 독소 타입 A, 및;(b) 상기 보툴리눔 독소 타입 A와 조합되어, 보툴리눔 독소 경구용 제형을 형성하는 캐리어를 포함하고, 상기 캐리어는 위궤양이 있는 환자의 위장관에서 심각한 면역계 반응없이 치료학적인 양의 상기 보툴리눔 독소 타입 A를 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보툴리눔 독소 경구용 제형.
- 환자 위장관에 경구 투여하기 위한 보툴리눔 독소 제형으로서,(a) 생물학적으로 활성인 보툴리눔 독소, 및;(b) 보툴리눔 독소와 조합된 생체적합성, 생분해성 및 비-독성 캐리어를 포함하며, 캐리어는 보툴리눔 독소 섭취에 따른 심각한 면역계 반응없이 환자의 위장계에서 신속히 분해되어 치료학적인 양의 생물학적으로 활성인 보툴리눔 독소를 환자의 위장계로 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보툴리눔 독소 경구용 제형.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 캐리어가 복수의 폴리머 마이크로스피어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보툴리눔 독소 경구용 제형.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 캐리어가 폴리머 매트릭스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보툴리눔 독소 경구용 제형.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 보툴리눔 독소가 보툴리눔 독소 타입 A, B, C1, D, E, F 및 G로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 보툴리눔 독소가 보툴리눔 독소 타입 A임을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 캐리어와 조합된 보툴리눔 독소의 양이 1 유닛 내지 10,000 유닛의 보툴리눔 독소인 것을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 보툴리눔 독소의 양이 10 유닛 내지 2,000 유닛의 보툴리눔 독소 타입 A인 것을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 보툴리눔 독소의 양이 100 유닛 내지 30,000 유닛의 보툴리눔 독소 타입 B인 것을 특징으로 하는 경구용 제형.
- 삭제
- (a) 폴리락타이드, 폴리글리콜리드 및 폴리안하이드라이드로 구성된 폴리머 그룹에서 선택된 폴리머를 포함하는 캐리어;(b) 캐리어와 조합되어 보툴리눔 경구용 제형을 형성하는, 안정화된 보툴리눔 독소를 포함하며, 환자의 위장관에서 치료학적인 양의 보툴리눔 독소가 캐리어로부터 방출될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보툴리눔 독소 경구용 제형.
