Claims (12)
- 전기 전도성을 가지고 스티어링휠의 표면에 돌기 형상으로 돌출된 다수의 센싱돌기와;스티어링휠의 최외곽을 감싸는 쉬트 형상의 외피재와;상기 센싱돌기를 이루도록 상기 외피재의 외측으로부터 내측으로 관통하여 삽입되는 스터드와;상기 외피재의 내측에서 상기 관통되어 들어온 스터드의 부분과 결합되는 와셔;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 스터드는 상기 외피재의 외부에 위치하는 머리부와 상기 머리부의 중앙 하측로부터 돌출되어 상기 외피재를 관통하여 삽입되는 삽입부로 이루어지고;상기 머리부의 외곽에는 상기 삽입부가 돌출된 방향으로 돌출단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 와셔와 상기 외피재 사이에는 상기 스터드와 전기적으로 연결되는 전기전도판이 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,스티어링휠의 최외곽을 감싸는 쉬트 형상의 외피재와;상기 외피재를 내측으로부터 외측으로 관통하여 돌출되어 상기 센싱돌기를 이루는 다수의 돌출부가 일체로 형성된 센싱플레이트;를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 센싱플레이트는 스티어링휠을 이루며 상기 외피재에 의해 감싸이는 휠바디에 인서트되어 일체로 사출된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 센싱플레이트는 스티어링휠을 이루며 상기 외피재에 의해 감싸이는 휠바디에 형성된 장착홈에 스냅핏 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 센싱플레이트는 스티어링휠을 이루며 상기 외피재에 의해 감싸이는 휠바디에 형성된 장착홈에 본딩 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,스티어링휠을 이루는 휠바디에 결합되어 스티어링휠의 표면 일부를 이루도록 형성된 바디결합체와;상기 바디결합체의 표면으로 돌출되게 구비되어 상기 센싱돌기를 이루는 다수의 금속돌출체와;상기 바디결합체 내에서 상기 다수의 금속돌출체들을 전기적으로 적어도 2개 이상의 그룹으로 나누어진 상태로 연결시키도록 구비된 다수의 전극판;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 바디결합체는 상기 휠바디에 스냅핏 결합되어, 상기 휠바디의 외부를 감싸는 외피재와 함께 굴곡 없는 스티어링휠 표면을 형성하도록 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,스티어링휠의 표면에 돌출되는 띠의 형상으로 상기 센싱돌기를 이루도록 형성된 센싱띠와;상기 센싱띠가 삽입되어 결합되는 휠바디;를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 센싱띠는 플라스틱 사출물로 이루어지고 스티어링휠의 외측으로 드러나는 표면에는 전기전도성을 가진 금속으로 도금이 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 센싱띠에는 상기 휠바디에 스냅핏 결합되는 다수의 결합부가 구비되며;상기 결합부는 상기 휠바디의 외곽을 둘러싸는 쉬트 형태의 외피재를 관통하여 상기 휠바디에 스냅핏 결합되고;상기 센싱띠에 의해 상기 휠바디 내측으로 함몰되는 상기 외피재의 부분과 상기 센싱띠 사이에는 전극판이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 인식 센서를 구비한 스티어링휠.
