- 삭제
- 건조시킬 왕겨가 저장되어 있는 왕겨저장탱크와;왕겨건조용 온풍을 발생시키는 온풍발생기와; 및일단부가 상기 온풍발생기와 연결되고 타단부에 온풍을 배출시킬 수 있는 배출팬이 설치되며 상기 왕겨저장탱크에 저장된 왕겨를 내부로 공급하는 왕겨이송부가 연결된 왕겨건조관을 포함하여,상기 왕겨저장탱크 내의 왕겨가 상기 왕겨이송부에 의해 상기 왕겨건조관으로 공급되어 상기 온풍발생기로부터 발생된 온풍과 접촉되어 상기 왕겨건조관을 따라 이송되면서 건조되고,상기 왕겨이송부 후단의 상기 왕겨건조관에는 상기 왕겨건조관으로 공급되는 상기 왕겨가 내부공간으로 분출되어 건조가 이루어지도록 하는 집중건조부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕겨건조기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 집중건조부는 그 높이 방향을 따라 상측으로 갈수록 직경이 확장되도록 형성되며, 상면은 평평하게 형성되고 하면을 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕겨건조기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 왕겨건조관은 상기 집중건조부의 높이 방향을 따라 하측에서 상측으로 상기 집중건조부의 중심을 관통하여 상기 집중건조부의 하측 외주면과 연통되고 상기 집중건조부의 상측 외주면을 통하여 외부로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕겨건조기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 집중건조부는 복수로 구비되며, 상기 집중건조부의 하측에는 그 내부에 집진된 이물질을 외부로 배출시킬 수 있는 배출커버가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕겨건조기.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배출팬의 전단부에 위치한 상기 왕겨건조관의 라인상에는 온풍과 상기 왕겨를 분리할 수 있도록 사이클론이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕겨건조기.
- 제6항에 있어서,건조가 완료된 왕겨는 상기 사이클론의 하단부에 설치된 승강기에 의하여 이송되어 왕겨탄제조기로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕겨건조기.
