Claims (19)
- 전극면을 가지며 이 전극면에 인가하는 전압을 제어하여 박형 부재를 비접촉 상태에서 반송하는 반송 장치와,상기 박형 부재의 결함을 반송중에 검사하는 결함 검사 장치를 포함하고,상기 전극면의 일부에 광선이 투과하는 광선 투과부가 배치되고, 상기 결함 검사 장치는 상기 광선 투과부를 이용하여 배치되고,상기 전극면은 전극면의 면적이 작은 전극 유닛이 평면적으로 인접하여 다수 배열되어 구성되어 있고, 상기 광선 투과부는, 상기 전극 유닛의 일부 또는 수 개의 유닛이 누락된 절결부로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 검사 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 전극 유닛은, 각 전극 유닛들이 서로 독립적으로 박형 부재와의 간격을 제어할 수 있는 제어 기구를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 검사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결함 검사 장치는 라인 센서 카메라 또는 에리어 센서 카메라인 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 검사 장치.

- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 결함 검사 장치는 라인 센서 카메라 또는 에리어 센서 카메라인 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 검사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결함 검사 장치는 에리어 센서 카메라이며,상기 반송 장치는 간헐적으로 박형 부재를 반송하는 반송 기구를 포함하고,상기 반송 기구의 정지 상태에서 상기 에리어 센서 카메라가 작동하여 검사에 필요한 화상을 촬상하는 것을 특징으로 반송 검사 장치.

- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 결함 검사 장치는 에리어 센서 카메라이며,상기 반송 장치는 간헐적으로 박형 부재를 반송하는 반송 기구를 포함하고,상기 반송 기구의 정지 상태에서 상기 에리어 센서 카메라가 작동하여 검사에 필요한 화상을 촬상하는 것을 특징으로 반송 검사 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결함 검사 장치는 카메라 이동 수단을 더 포함하고 있고, 이 카메라 이동 수단에 의해 상기 에리어 센서 카메라를 상기 전극면에 평행한 평면 방향으로서 반송 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 이동시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 검사 장치.

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 결함 검사 장치는 카메라 이동 수단을 더 포함하고 있고, 이 카메라 이동 수단에 의해 상기 에리어 센서 카메라를 상기 전극면에 평행한 평면 방향으로서 반송 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 이동시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 검사 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 에리어 센서 카메라의 초점 심도는, 박형 부재의 두께에 추가하여 상기 박형 부재가 정전기력에 의해 유지되어 있는 상태에서의 두께 방향의 변동 범위를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 검사 장치.

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 에리어 센서 카메라의 초점 심도는, 박형 부재의 두께에 추가하여 상기 박형 부재가 정전기력에 의해 유지되어 있는 상태에서의 두께 방향의 변동 범위를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송 검사 장치.
