Claims (8)
- 연료 입자들은 구형 코어에 균일하게 분산되어 있으며, A 3 흑연 매트릭스에 묻혀있고, 구형 코어는 연료를 포함하지 않은 쉘에 의해 둘러싸여 있는데, 쉘은 코어와 솔기없이 결합되어 있으며, 쉘과 구형 코어의 흑연 매트릭스는 동일 또는 유사하게 바인더 코크스 뿐 아니라 천연흑연, 흑연화된 석유 코크스를 포함하는 코팅된 입자 형태의 연료를 포함하는 A 3 흑연 매트릭스로 구성된 고온 페블 베드 원자로용 구형 연료 요소에 있어서,구형 연료 요소의 연료를 포함하지 않은 쉘은 천연 흑연과 흑연화된 석유 코크스 뿐 아니라, 실리콘 카바이드(SiC) 또는 지르코늄 카바이드(ZrC)을 포함하고 쉘의 평균 두께≥ 1 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 페블 베드 원자로용 구형 연료 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쉘의 평균 두께≥ 2 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 페블 베드 원자로용 구형 연료 요소.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 쉘의 평균두께가 1~5mm인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 페블 베드 원자로용 구형 연료 요소.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연료를 포함하지 않은 쉘에서 실리콘 카바이드의 비율이 6-14중량%인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 페블 베드 원자로용 구형 연료 요소.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연료를 포함하지 않은 쉘에서 지르콘 카바이드의 비율이 10-30중량%인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 페블 베드 원자로용 구형 연료 요소.
- 제1항에 의한 고온 페블 베드 원자로용 구형 연료 요소의 제조방법에 있어서, 실리콘 산화물 또는 지르코늄 산화물을 구형 연료 요소의 쉘용 화합물에 추가로 첨가시켜서 구형 연료 요소의 쉘용으로 몰딩 파우더를 만드는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 페블 베드 원자로용 구형 연료 요소의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 실리콘 또는 지르코늄 산화물은 메탄올과 페놀 포름알데히드 레진의 수용액에 분산되어 분산액을 만들고, 상기 분산액은 실온의 반죽기에서 흑연 파우더 성분과 혼합되는데 상기 흑연 파우더 성분은 천연흑연과 흑연화된 석유 코크스로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 페블 베드 원자로용 구형 연료 요소의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 실리콘 카바이드 또는 지르코늄 카바이드로의 변환이 최대 2000°C의 온도와 진공(P < 10-2 hPa) 상태에서 구형연료요소를 어닐함으로서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 페블 베드 원자로용 구형 연료 요소의 제조방법.
