Description
Claims (14)
- (a) 기판 상에 차광부 패턴을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 (a)단계에서 형성된 차광부 패턴을 자외선 경화하는 단계; (c) 상기 차광부 패턴을 감압 열처리하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 차광부 패턴에 의하여 구획된 화소부에 잉크를 유입하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 (a) 단계는 (a1) 기판 상에 차광부 재료를 도포하는 단계; (a2) 상기 차광부 재료를 프리 베이크하는 단계; 및 (a3) 상기 프리 베이크된 차광부 재료를 선택적으로 노광 및 현상하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 차광부 재료는 차광부 재료 총 고형분 100 중량부에 대하여 발잉크성 성분인 실리콘계 또는 플루오린계 계면활성제를 0.01 내지 0.3 중량부를 함유하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 차광부 재료는, 차광부 재료 총 고형분 100 중량부에 대하여, 카본블랙, 유기안료 혼합형 차광성 착색제, 및 카본블랙과 유기안료 혼합형 차광성 착색제를 혼합한 하이브리드형 착색재료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 차광성 착색 재료 20 내지 50 중량부, 바인더 성분 20 내지 50 중량부, 및 가 교제 20 내지 40 중량부을 함유하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 차광부 재료는 용매를 60 내지 90 중량% 포함하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (a2) 단계의 프리 베이크는 50 내지 150℃에서 10 내지 1,000초 동안 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 자외선 경화는 50~500mW/cm2의 세기로 5~500초 동안 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계의 감압 열처리는 진공도 0.01~1 torr 및 온도 150~230℃의 조건하에서 10~2,000초 동안 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계의 감압 열처리는 진공도 0.01~1 torr 및 온도 170~230℃의 조건하에서 10~2,000초 동안 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계와 상기 (b) 단계 사이에 50~150℃의 온도에서 10~1,000초 동안 열처리를 추가로 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (d) 단계는 2종 이상의 잉크를 잉크젯 방법에 의하여 동시에 또는 연속적으로 충진하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 (d) 단계 후에 잉크의 경화 단계를 추가로 수행하는 것인 컬러필터의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 및 청구항 3 내지 청구항 12 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조된 컬러필터.
- 청구항 13에 따른 컬러필터를 포함하는 표시장치.
