Claims (10)
- 전기 커넥터 어셈블리에 있어서,
축을 따라 접속가능한 제1 및 제2 전기 커넥터 -각각의 전기 커넥터는 제1단부 및 제2단부를 가지며, 각각의 전기 커넥터는 적어도 하나의 전기 터미널을 수용하기 위해 구성되고 치수가 정해지는 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 제1 전기 커넥터와 상기 제2 전기 커넥터의 접속 중에 상기 제1 전기 커넥터의 전기 터미널은 상기 제2 전기 커넥터의 대응하는 전기 터미널과 물리적 접촉을 이룸- 와,
상기 제1 전기 커넥터와 상기 제2 전기 커넥터의 접속 중에 상기 제1 전기 커넥터와 상기 제2 전기 커넥터의 배향(orientation)을 보장하도록 분극하는(polarizing) 제1 키잉 배치부
를 포함하며,
상기 제1 전기 커넥터의 하우징은 상기 제1 전기 커넥터의 상기 제1단부를 지나서 종방향으로 연장하는 확장부를 구비하며, 상기 확장부는 상기 제1 및 제2 전기 커넥터를 축정렬하기 위해 상기 제2 전기 커넥터의 상기 제1단부를 부분적으로 수용하며, 상기 축정렬은 상기 제1 및 제2 전기 커넥터의 대응하는 전기 터미널들 사이에 물리적 접촉이 있기 이전에 이뤄지는, 전기 커넥터 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확장부는 상기 제1 전기 커넥터의 하우징의 주변(periphery)을 따라 연장하는, 전기 커넥터 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확장부는 적어도 2개의 부재(member)를 갖는, 전기 커넥터 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확장부는 곡선 부재(curved member)를 규정하는, 전기 커넥터 어셈블리. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전기 커넥터의 제1단부는 곡선부(curved portion)를 포함하는, 전기 커넥터 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전기 커넥터는 상기 제1단부와 제2단부 사이에 배치된 비-캔틸레버 탄력부(non-cantilevered resilient portions)를 포함하며, 상기 비-캔틸레버 탄력부의 동작에 따라 상기 제1 전기 커넥터에 형성된 리테이너(retainer)가 상기 제2 전기 커넥터에 형성된 리테이너와 분리되는, 전기 커넥터 어셈블리. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 비-캔틸레버 탄력부는 그립핑부를 포함하는, 전기 커넥터 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 전기 커넥터는 제2 키잉 배치부를 포함하는, 전기 커넥터 어셈블리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전기 커넥터는 상기 제1단부와 상기 제2단부 사이에 배치된 그립핑부를 포함하는, 전기 커넥터 어셈블리. - 삭제
