Claims (7)
- 디스펜서에 장착되어 디스펜서 내에 수용된 내용물을 토출하는 토출유닛에 있어서,상기 디스펜서의 내부 공간과 연통되며 전방으로 토출구(30)를 구비한 노즐(32)과, 상기 노즐(32)의 내부를 관통하도록 고정 설치되며 그 선단부가 상기 토출구(30)에 이격되도록 배치되는 개폐봉(34)과, 상기 토출구(30)와 개폐봉(34) 사이에 설치되며 탄성적으로 개폐봉(34)의 둘레부를 가압하여 내용물의 토출압력에 따라 토출구(30)를 개폐하는 판막(36)을 포함하여 구성되고,상기 판막(36)의 내면에는 상기 개폐봉(34)을 향해 돌출되어 개폐봉(34)의 선단부에 탄성적으로 접촉되는 복수개의 돌출턱(36a)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토출유닛.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 개폐봉(34)의 선단부는 돔 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 토출유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 개폐봉(34)의 선단부에는 내측으로 굴곡진 단턱(35)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 토출유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 노즐(32)의 내벽면에는 연질의 수지가 사출되어 압출관(38)을 형성하며, 상기 압출관(38)의 선단부가 상기 토출구(30) 내벽을 감싸도록 축경되어 상기 판막(36)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토출유닛.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 압출관(38)과 판막(36)은 상기 노즐(32)과 함께 이중 사출되어 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토출유닛.
- 제 1항, 제3항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항의 토출유닛을 구비한 디스펜서.
