Claims (8)
- 음식물쓰레기를 이용한 숯연료 제조방법에 있어서,
음식물쓰레기를 수거후 전처리공정을 통해 건조된 음식물쓰레기를 밀폐식 외열탄화로 및 전기식 탄화로중 적어도 하나로 된 밀폐식 탄화로를 이용하여 무산소 탄화와 동시에 250~350℃의 저온 탄화를 수행하되 일반 숯 제조를 위한 탄화시간보다 상대적으로 긴 탄화시간으로 탄화를 수행하여서 숯 내부에 남아 있는 유분을 가열 분해하며, 무산소 탄화 및 저온 탄화로 얻어진 탄화물을 4mm이하로 분쇄하여 무산소 탄화 및 저온 탄화로 숯의 다공질에 남아 있는 유해가스를 외부로 배출되게 한 후 탄화분쇄물을 수성 접착제와 함께 교반한 다음 1kg/㎠ ~ 30kg/㎠의 성형압축력과 사용처에 알맞는 성형형태로 압축성형하고 건조하여서 된 압축성형 숯을 얻고, 건조된 압축성형숯에 폐식용유가 함침되게 하여서 4,000∼6,000kcal/kg의 높은 발열량을 갖는 압축성형 숯연료를 얻음을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기를 이용한 압축성형 숯연료 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전처리공정은 수거된 음식물쓰레기에 대한 탈수, 분쇄, 염분 희석, 건조하는 단계를 가지며, 염분 희석단계에서는 음식물쓰레기에 대한 살균작용과 기름을 녹여내는데에 유효하도록 염분 희석물로서 뜨거운 물을 사용하거나 염분희석 탱크 내에 고온스팀을 주입하는 방식을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기를 이용한 압축성형 숯연료 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄화분쇄물을 얻은 후 미소각 및 미분쇄된 이물질을 걸러내는 선별단계를 거친 후에 탄화분쇄물을 수성 접착제와 교반되게 함을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기를 이용한 압축성형 숯연료 제조방법.
- 음식물쓰레기를 이용한 숯연료 제조방법에 있어서,
초본류 폐기물, 임산류 폐기물, 폐목, 톱밥, 축산분뇨 중의 적어도 이상의 폐기물을 수거후 전처리공정을 통해 건조된 음식물쓰레기와 혼합하여 밀폐식 탄화로에 투입하는 과정과,
투입된 혼합물을 밀폐식 탄화로에서의 무산소 탄화와 동시에 250~350℃의 저온 탄화를 수행하되 일반 숯 제조를 위한 탄화시간보다 상대적으로 긴 탄화시간으로 탄화를 수행하여 숯 내부에 남아 있는 유분을 가열 분해하며, 무산소 탄화 및 저온 탄화로 얻어진 탄화물을 4mm이하로 분쇄하여 무산소 탄화 및 저온 탄화로 숯의 다공질에 남아 있는 유해가스를 외부로 배출시킨 탄화분쇄물을 얻는 과정과,
