텐타기에서 원단을 건조할 때 발생되는 증기를 배출 안내하는 제1덕트에 연결되게 설치되는 증기처리기와, 증기처리기에 연결되게 설치되어 증기를 배출하는 증기배출기를 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 증기처리기는, 상부체와 중간체와 하부체로 구성되되, 상기 상부체의 내부에는 제2덕트와 연결되는 상부연통공간이 형성되고, 상기 하부체의 내부에는 상기 제1덕트와 연결되는 하부연통공간이 형성되며, 상기 중간체의 내부에는 하부연통공간과 상부연통공간을 연결하는 다수의 증기안내공간이 형성되고 증기안내공간의 주변으로는 냉각수저장공간이 형성되게 구성되며, 냉각수저장공간은 별도의 냉각수저장통과 연결되어 펌프를 통해 냉각수가 순환될 수 있도록 구성되고, 하부연통공간의 일부분에는 기름저장탱크가 연결되도록 구성되어,
상기 제1덕트를 통해 배출된 증기가 하부연통공간과 증기안내공간과 상부연통공간을 거쳐 제2덕트로 안내될 때 증기안내공간을 통과하면서 냉각수에 의한 열교환에 의해 액화되면서 하부연통공간으로 떨어져 기름저장탱크로 안내되어 저장되도록 구성되며,
상기 증기배출기는 내부에 내부공간이 형성되고 상부에는 굴뚝부가 연통 형성된 본체를 갖되, 내부공간의 하부는 상기 제2덕트와 연결되게 설치되어 제2덕트를 통해 유입된 증기가 굴뚝부를 통해 배출되게 구성되며, 내부공간에는 증기를 여과하는 필터수단과 증기에 물을 분사하여 잔여 기름을 제거하는 물분사수단이 설치되게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 텐타기의 증기 배출장치.
