Abstract
개시된 솔라웨이퍼 카세트용 경량 지지바는,
마주하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 앤드플레이트에 양단이 고정되며, 길이방향을 따라 일정간격을 두고 솔라웨이퍼를 지지하기 위한 다수의 지지돌기가 형성된 솔라웨이퍼 카세트용 지지바로서, 상기 지지바는, 적어도 한 곳 이상에 핀홈이 형성된 비금속재의 심재; 상기 핀홈에 압입되는 보강부재 및 상기 심재의 표면을 둘러싸도록 인서트 사출되는 비 금속재의 표재를 포함하는 것이고,
개시된 솔라웨이퍼 카세트 지지바의 제조방법은, 적어도 길이방향 중심부에 핀홈이 형성되게 비 금속재의 심재를 사출하는 단계; 상기 심재를 응고시키는 단계; 상기 핀홈에 보강부재를 압입하는 단계; 상기 심재의 표면에 표재를 이중사출하는 단계 및 상기 표재를 응고시키는 단계를 포함하는 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 마주하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 앤드플레이트에 양단이 고정되며, 길이방향을 따라 일정간격을 두고 솔라웨이퍼를 지지하기 위한 다수의 지지돌기가 형성된 솔라웨이퍼 카세트용 지지바로서,
상기 지지바는,
적어도 한 곳 이상에 핀홈이 형성된 비 금속재의 심재;
상기 핀홈에 압입되는 보강부재 및
상기 심재의 표면을 둘러싸도록 인서트 사출되는 비 금속재의 표재;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔라웨이퍼 카세트용 지지바. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 핀홈은 심재의 길이방향 중심부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔라웨이퍼 카세트용 지지바. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 핀홈은 상기 심재의 길이방향과 직교하는 방향으로 심재의 양쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔라웨이퍼 카세트용 지지바. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보강부재의 길이가 핀홈의 깊이보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 솔라웨이퍼 카세트용 지지바. - 솔라웨이퍼 카세트용 경량 지지바의 제조방법으로서,
적어도 길이방향 중심부에 핀홈이 형성되게 비 금속재의 심재를 사출하는 단계(S10);
상기 심재를 응고시키는 단계(S20);
상기 핀홈에 보강부재를 압입하는 단계(S30);
상기 심재의 표면에 표재를 이중사출하는 단계(S40) 및
상기 표재를 응고시키는 단계(S50);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔라웨이퍼 카세트용 경량 지지바의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 핀홈에 보강부재를 압입하는 단계에서, 상기 보강부재의 일부가 노출되게 압입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔라웨이퍼 카세트용 지지바의 제조방법.
