Claims (5)
- 하부고정판에 지지되는 하부금형과, 상기 하부금형과 형합되어 사출을 위한 캐비티를 형성하며 상부 고정판에 설치되는 상부금형을 구비하며, 상기 하부금형과 상부금형의 적어도 일측에 형성되는 열교환매체통로에 냉각수를 공급하여 사출금형에 성형된 제품의 취출 전 사출금형을 냉각시키기 위한 냉각수단과, 상기 상하부금형의 적어도 일측에 설치되어 상하부 금형의 형분리, 제품취출 및 형합시 상하부 금형을 가열하고 사출 시 온도를 유지하기 위한 가열수단을 구비하며,상기 가열수단은 열교환 매체 통로에 설치되는 전열히터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 웰드레스 방식의 사출금형장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상부금형의 캐비티와 대응되는 하면에 복수개의 지지공이 형성되고, 상기 상부 고정판에 지지되며 상기 지지공에 삽입되는 보강로드를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 웰드레스 방식의 사출금형 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 보강로드들의 단부에 지지되어 상기 지지공의 상면측 내면으로부터 보강로드의 열전달을 차단하는 제 1단열수단과, 상기 상부 또는 하금형과 고정판 사이에 설치되어 열전달을 차단하는 제 2단열수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 웰드레스 방식의 사출금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상하부 금형의 일측에 형성된 열교환 매체 냉각통로의 입구 측에 설치되어 열교환 매체를 난류화시키는 난류발생부를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 웰드레스 방식의 사출금형장치.
