Claims (11)
- (1) 유리전이온도가 -20℃ 이하이고, 수평균분자량이 500~20,000 인 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실레이트 중합체로부터 이루어진 고분자 가소제,(2) 화학식(I):[화학식 I](식 중, R1는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기, R2~R4는 각각 동일 또는 상이한 탄소수 3~8의 분기 알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 (메타)아크릴산 트리오르가노실릴 단량체 A 와 상기 단량체 A 이외의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 B 와의 공중합체이며, 유리전이온도가 0℃ 이상이고, 수평균분자량이 5,000~100,000 인 (메타)아크릴산 트리오르가노실릴 공중합체, 및(3) 방오(防汚) 약제를 포함하는 방오 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 상기 고분자 가소제가, 유리전이온도가 -40℃ 이하이고, 또 수평균분자량이 1,000~10,000의 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르 중합체인 방오 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 2 에 있어서, 상기 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르 중합체가 (메타)아크릴산 트리오르가노실릴 단량체와 상기 (메타)아크릴산 트리오르가노실릴 단량체 이외의 (메타)아크릴산 단량체를 공중합시켜 얻을 수 있는 방오 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 상기 단량체 A 가 (메타)아크릴산 트리이소프로필실릴인 방오 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 로진 아연염, 로진 유도체의 아연염, 로진 구리염 및 로진 유도체의 구리염으로부터 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 염을 추가로 포함하는 방오 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 5 에 있어서, 상기 고분자 가소제(1)를, 상기 공중합체(2) 및 상기 염의 합계량 100 중량부에 대해서 1~100 중량부로 포함하는 방오 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서, 탈수제 및/또는 수결합제를 포함하는 방오 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1 에 기재된 방오 도료 조성물을 이용하여 피도막 형성물의 표면에 방오 도막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오 처리 방법.
- 청구항 1 에 기재된 방오 도료 조성물을 이용하여 형성되는 방오 도막.
- 청구항 9 에 기재된 방오 도막을 표면에 가지는 도장물.
- (1) 유리전이온도가 -20℃ 이하이고, 수평균분자량이 500~20,000 인 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실레이트 중합체로부터 이루어진 고분자 가소제,(2) 화학식(I):[화학식 I](식 중, R1는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기, R2~R4는 각각 동일 또는 상이한 탄소수 3~8의 분기 알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 (메타)아크릴산 트리오르가노실릴 단량체 A 와 상기 단량체 A 이외의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 B와의 공중합체이며, 유리전이온도가 0℃ 이상이고, 수평균분자량이 5,000~100,000 인 (메타)아크릴산 트리오르가노실릴 공중합체, 및(3) 방오 약제를 포함하는 혼합액을 혼합 분산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오 도료 조성물의 제조 방법.
