Claims (9)
- 제1 부품에 제2 부품을 설치하기 위한 마운팅 유닛에 있어서,길이방향으로 관통홀(12)이 형성된 메인부(11)의 상단에 플랜지부(13)가 확장 형성된 부시(10);헤드부(21)와, 선단부에 상기 관통홀(12)에 삽입 또는 수용되는 인서트부(23)가 마련된 몸통부(22)와, 인서트부(23) 선단에 돌출 형성된 수나사부(24)를 구비하는 스트리퍼 볼트(20), 여기서, 인서트부(23) 및 관통홀(12)은, 관통홀(12) 내에서의 인서트부(23)의 회전이 제한되도록 하는 서로 대응되는 형상을 가짐; 및상기 수나사부(24)에 결합되는 너트(30);를 포함하며,상기 몸통부(22)와 인서트부(23)의 경계에는 부시(10)의 하단이 지지 또는 스토핑되는 단턱(25)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 유닛.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 인서트부(23)와 관통홀(12)은 그 길이가 실질적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 유닛.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 너트(30)에는, 수나사부(24)가 압착되도록, 선단 측으로 점차 좁아지며 내벽면에 암나사(31a)가 형성된 테이퍼드 윙(31)이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 유닛.
- 중앙부에 하나 이상의 하부홀(130)이 형성된 디스크 로터(100);상기 하부홀(130)에 대응하는 상부홀(230)이 햇 중앙홀(210)에 형성된 로터 햇(200); 및디스크 로터(100)에 로터 햇(200)을 결합하는 마운팅 유닛;을 포함하며, 이 마운팅 유닛은,상기 상부홀(230) 내에 안착되며 길이방향으로 관통홀(12)이 형성된 메인부(11)와, 메인부(11) 상단에 확장 형성된 플랜지부(13)를 구비하는 부시(10), 여기서, 메인부(11)는, 상부홀(230) 내에서의 회전이 제한되며 그 하단이 디스크 로터(100)로부터 이격됨; 및상기 하부홀(130) 및 관통홀(12)를 관통하며, 일단은 디스크 로터(100)에 고정되며 타단은 로터 햇(200)에 고정되는 관통형 체결부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 체결부재는 관통홀(12) 내에서의 회전이 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 체결부재는,헤드부(21)와, 선단부에 상기 관통홀(12)에 삽입 또는 수용되는 인서트부(23)가 마련된 몸통부(22)와, 인서트부(23) 선단에 돌출 형성된 수나사부(24)를 구비하는 스트리퍼 볼트(20), 여기서, 인서트부(23) 및 관통홀(12)은, 관통홀(12) 내에서의 인서트부(23)의 회전이 제한되도록 하는 서로 대응되는 형상을 가짐; 및상기 수나사부(24)에 체결되는 너트(30);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 인서트부(23)는 상기 관통홀(12)의 내벽면에 면접촉되는 평평한 면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 몸통부(22)와 인서트부(23)의 경계에는 상기 부시(10)의 하단을 지지 또는 스토핑되는 단턱(25)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 디스크.
